50 metres to beach, great seaside getaway!

If you're after a holiday by the beach, the location of Blue Sea Beach Cottage is second to none. There are just 2 houses between this property and one of the best surfing beaches in Sydney. The doggie park is literally across the road, your dog will love it!! The front grassed courtyard area is fully enclosed and gated from the street. Stay for a few months or a few nights, you'll fall in love with this great area and layback lifestyle! (We also do stays of just a few nights, just enquire).

A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

Private 1 bedroom ground floor modern apartment in a beachside area. Monday and Thursday mornings between 7am and 9am the gym area will be used by us and a few friends. During this time the toilet may used. Private landscaped court yard. 10 minute walk to beach Buses to Manly, Warringah Mall, Chatswood and express buses to the city. Bus connects to the Manly Ferry. Close to cafes and restaurants at Dee Why Coastal walks to South Curl Curl, Freshwater, Queenscliff and Manly.

A quiet garden studio located in the backyard of our house although not attached, mostly suited to a couple or single person. We are powered 100% by renewable energy with solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall. The pool on the property is available for use. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach.

Well located, pet and family friendly. A relaxed hideaway for your holiday at the beach. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. 500m to North Curl Curl (partly dog friendly) beach, 900m to Dee Why beach restaurants. Curl up with a book and a coffee from the corner, or walk down to Dee Why beach for an icecream. BBQ in the garden and sleep well in the super cosy beds. A private and fully fenced duplex with all the mod cons.
