Lovely place. Accurate pictures, though when you get there it feels even nicer than photos can show. Very friendly and responsive. Sometimes it can be quite a vulnerable experience travelling as an LGBTQIA+ couple, but here we felt welcome and safe. Hope to visit again with friends and family.

Just came back from Ayr and stayed in one of the beautiful cottages. We booked very last minute, and Claire was so accommodating. From the moment you walk in it just feels like home, it's absolutely stunning and has everything you will need. It was so clean and the decor was unreal, really private and the views were superb. We will definitely return, I can't tell how much we loved it!!. Exceptional stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Swan Bothy! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean and the cottage was spacious, cosy and relaxing. The views onto the loch were serene and all bedrooms faced onto it so we all woke up every morning with a gorgeous view. The hot tub was a great size and the owners were reachable and quick to help when we needed help with turning the temperature up. We would love to stay again!!

We had a brilliant weekend in lovely surroundings with perfect weather and beautiful clear nights for stargazing. Everything about the stay was ideal, with great pre-arrival instructions/questions from the hosts and a warm welcome when we pulled up. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds, with the three bathrooms and showers speeding things up significantly in the mornings. The surrounding farm and land were a real highlight, while the hot tub was the star of the show with plenty of room for all five of us and plenty of privacy. We made use of the fire pit and barbeque, too, with wood and kindling provided on-site for £5 a bag. While the hosts were always present they were totally non-intrusive and left us to our own devices, while being quick to help if we ever needed them for anything. We'd definitely come back in future, as it seems like there's so much to explore in the surrounding areas.

We stayed at Coylton Cottage from Friday to Monday, with our grandson and gdanddaughter, there were plenty to do for the kids , cottage was so easy to find,easy entry, spotless clean, beautiful scenery from bedroom window , we will certainly will return and recommend to friends and family ,thank you .

This is our second stay in this accommodation and would not hesitate to stay hear again

Great little escape, the cottage was perfect for us (family of 4 with a dog). Kenny was very responsive and gave us some useful info on the area. Cottage was lovely and clean and felt very homely and relaxing

We were a party of 9 celebrating 2 birthdays. A fantastic location and a great size house with beautiful grounds. It was such a joy to wander the grounds in the autumn colours. The kids really enjoyed sleeping in the triple bedroom. On a downside the kitchen was poorly equipped with a lot of non functional/missing items and we had to scrabble around for enough chairs to seat everyone around the table. A lot of the furniture seemed to be on its last legs. A few hundred pounds at IKEA would kit the place out to a much better level. Conveniently Tesco delivered.

Karen was very friendly & helpful during our two night stay. Accommodation was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and no problems. Set in lovely grounds with great views at front of the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the wee cottage. Sally is a super host and offered great tourist suggestions in the area. Her cottage is exceptionally clean and charming. We enjoyed exploring Maybole, hiking to Kirkoswald and touring around Maidens and the Culzean Castle. Thank you Sally.

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage - the location is ideal and was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay.

Lovely quaint, cozy little cottage, only a 2 minute walk from Girvan beach. Stayed for 7 nights with a family of 5 whilst visiting family in the area. The cottage had everything we needed and is fully of many thoughtful little touches. Kenny the host met us on arrival and was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely use again.

Just arrived home after a great week in Girvan. We used the cottage as a base as we were visiting family and wanted our own space. The cottage was as described it was clean and comfortable. We had a rotten storm unfortunately and with the bedrooms being in the loft space it was a little noisy but obviously we can’t control the weather! We had everything we needed though and was warm and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and flexible to us possibly arriving a little early. Only small complaint was the small velux window in one bedroom let the light in quite early and we like it pitch black so maybe a blackout on those that don’t have them. Apart from that everything was lovely for a comfortable stay and very peaceful. 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach!

Very peaceful stay in a great location with stunning views right out the window. Great to explore the Ayrshire area, very close to the Burns birthplace museum, and to Ayr and local area. The hosts were very friendly over the phone, clear instructions for check-in and checkout and this place was the definition of getting exactly what you paid for with no surprises. The description on the listing, the photos and the T&C’s didn’t leave out anything. Only points for improvement: - the WiFi can be a bit slow - the kitchen has all cooking tools you might need but isn’t stocked with some essentials (salt, cooking oil, etc). Again, this was clear from reading the listing, but I can see how international travellers might find it inconvenient to have to buy certain items for their stay. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend

How often do you get to stay on a castle's estate? We don't ever, and this was great. Great accommodation for us with three kids, in this really unique converted old building that is completely new and clean and cozy inside. It was a great, quiet base for us for getting getting to Culzean Castle and Ayr and also enjoying the countryside and paths and walled garden on the castle grounds. Inside, nice to have some space between the living space and kitchen on ground floor and the long hall if bedrooms upstairs.

Adrienne is a superb host: attentive, thoughtful & thorough. 1 Ramageton is a gorgeous wee cottage in a beautiful spot, perfect for a quiet escape but within reach of many popular local spots.

Gardens Cottage. The cottage is cosy and gorgeous; it's beautifully clean and and comfortable, with a lovely new kitchen and bathroom. We all loved the calming design, and we especially loved the beds and bedding and fresh fluffy white towels which made it feel luxurious! Great help and excellent support with route and arrival guidance made it easy. It's a beautiful place.

We stayed at the cottage for new year. Weather wasn't great but cottage was very cosy especially the bedrooms. There is a log fire and we arrived to logs and kindling. You can buy more at the Premier store 5 mins walk away. We had the dog and there is a wee garden there for her. Beach is 2 mins away for walk. Girvan is really underrated, great beach with awsome food van at carpark. Nice pubs and we had a great chippy at the marine and got a delivery from A1 both amazing. Also amazing coastline and no too far from Turnberry which is worth a look. Will hopefully be back during warmer weather.
