The stay was great! The place is very cozy, well located and very safe region. Another important point is the great willingness and kindness of the host! He made the check-in time more flexible and let us stay a few more hours to catch our bus at night. The village was perfect, thank you very much I highly recommend the stay!

Our contact did not go directly with Marília and Fernando, but with Lúcia, a resident of the Village who was responsible for us to receive when we arrived in Picinguaba. Due to the high volume of people traveling to the coast, even leaving the house early, we had problems in the mountains, but when talking to Lúcia, it was extremely requested and authorized us to arrive a little later. The reception was wonderful and the first impression of the place and the house also, a cozy, calm and pleasant place, Host Marília presented us with her book. The house, fully prepared, kitchen with impeccable utensils, bathroom with extra towels and extremely clean, room, organized, smelling and cozy. No negative points, it will definitely be the first option if we return to Picinguaba.

We were extremely pleased with the stay and the friendliness of Sônia, leaving us at will! The clean environment, clean pool and water at great temperature! 100% sure we would return! Congratulations to Sônia!

Everything is very nice

The house is very nice, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, in addition to being beautiful, it has a supermarket and shops 100 meters away in a very complete shopping center. The area is ideal for exploring and visiting wineries. Edgardo was very attentive, always responded quickly and was available. We would definitely come back!

We stayed two days. They weren't there while we were there, they communicated when we needed to ask them something in particular. Beautiful place. I'd come back in the summer.

Breathtaking views and location! Perfect for a holiday escape!

The studio space has everything you need. The terrace was wonderful to have. The kitchenette was well stocked. The pool was fantastic, and a great place to spend the afternoon. You can walk about a km to the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. Ronette provided lots of tips for the area. Walk up to the Mirador, it’s a great hike. The air conditioning worked well. All the comforts of home.

Thanks to all the times I've stayed in this apartment, Los Destiladeros, I've decided to retire in this area because, not only is it extremely beautiful but also very quiet and safe. Being able to appreciate how the landscape changes from the golden (dry) season to the green (rainy) season is very exciting. The hosts, Chelín and Dany, always make the stay very cozy and special. I can't help but think that every time I come here, I feel at home. They are definitely a source of inspiration both for how they live, for their home and their temporary accommodation.

Place was a great find, it’s tucked away off the road under a canopy of trees and plants. Very quiet, surrounded by nature. Jason and Lesley were always responsive, and great hosts. Bed, pillows were very comfortable and the place had everything I needed. This is actually my 2nd time staying on this property (different studio unit) and I love it out here. Having some type of transport is helpful but tuktuk can also pick you up! I choose because of the privacy and quietness. Having the gate feels safe for a solo traveler

The place is very complete and clean, the pool was quite clean, maybe the kitchen is a little dirty, it could improve. Unfortunately, we ran into an incredible storm and the power went out, we had to lock ourselves in but Reggie was always making sure we were okay and even went to look for us. He was always attentive, it's close to restaurants and Playa Esterillos. We highly recommend this place.

Amazing hosts! Extremely private. I had the pool basically to myself daily and it’s a great view as I worked on my laptop! Super friendly and they gave me a list of fun things to do and eat while I was here and that saved me from going to not the best places lol. Every restaurant they recommend was soooooo good !

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The pool was beautiful and exactly like the photos. Milli’s homemade breakfast was fresh and delicious—definitely try it during your stay! She also recommended several great nearby restaurants, all of which exceeded our expectations. The bungalow had everything we needed in the kitchen, strong air conditioning, daily cleaning, and gated private parking, which made us feel safe and comfortable. We also loved the quiet, beautiful beach just a short drive/walk away. Very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed Caroline's Pool Villa to the utmost. The peaceful and private environment surpassed our expectations. The house had all the things you need to have a comfortable, if not luxurious stay. Going to the shops and beaches of Tamarindo takes only a short drive, but we opted to spent most of our time in and around the house and the fantastic pool. Both of us have an inkling that we must come back one day :-) Peter & Jimma

Hello, I was with my family at the beautiful Casa do Senhor Tiago, we liked it very much, because everything was organized and very clean, the "housekeeper" Nilda is very responsible, proactive and attentive. The location is privileged, and too beautiful. We are already planning the next trip, because everything was perfect!

Great place to stay, beautiful surroundings and walkable to the nature preserve. Gino is a great host he was very friendly and helpful. The space was nice and clean and well equipped.
