Feriel and her husband are very friendly, welcoming and warm people. Being without a last-minute accommodation because of another host , Feriel rented us the same day his accommodation and accompanied us on the phone until we arrived. Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

It was a great house. I don't have any negative points concerning the house. We could use the pool. Amira was always responsive and answered immediately.

It's an apartment for two people, if you really want to push it, even a baby would fit in a residence with 24/7 surveillance, a clean neighborhood 5 minutes from Medina Hammamet and a quarter of an hour from the city of Hammamet. There's everything a tourist expects, taxis come and go continuously all year round. If you don't have a vehicle, you won't have any major problems. The house is very nice with a beautiful terrace and a very lovely bedroom. I highly recommend it!!!

2 weeks spent in Amine's functional accommodation, which was very responsive when needed. Great location , close to all amenities on foot: swimming pools , beach , restaurants, market... Great accommodation for 4 people , all the necessary equipment is already provided in large numbers ( dishes, towels , spices for cooking, toilet paper...); which is very convenient! The apartment is lovely, airy and spacious. Plenty of room for 3-4 people and I was there for one month. It’s in a great location. Has a very friendly doorman, a short walk to the beach. I was very happy there. I work remotely and the WiFi was faultless. Thank you, great host.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely apartment with a large balcone overlooking the port. I can honestly say the view is more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is spotless clean consists of comfy beds, powerful hot water, microve, Tv satellite with hundreds of international channels, washing machine and so on and so on. The host Nejat is a super host, trustworthy, friendly and vey kind answering any question you may have.
