From the moment I booked, the property management team was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring all my questions were answered promptly. The property itself was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully considered to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions and the friendly welcome from the host. Throughout my stay, the property management team was always available and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail in every aspect of the property. Overall, my experience at Property was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful property management team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Beautiful little place for a family. Close to the beach walk for rock pools and an adventure. Quiet area. House was equipped with all the amenities and Angus is a fantastic host.

Shivaun is a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Very clear and easy instructions for checking in and out. The house had everything we needed. Great location within walking distance to shops and beach. Would highly recommend.

A perfect house for our girls trip away. Explored the area during the day and enjoyed the comforts of the house in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our evening meals. The fire made the living room very cosy. Would be great in warmer weather to experience the pool!

Such an incredible home, stunning property. We felt right at home. Champagne on arrival, music, made our arrival feel so warm and welcoming. The amenities in the home were fantastic, functional spacious floor plan. Highly recommend and we will be booking in the future!

I absolutely loved this place! It's perfect for families with kids or larger groups, with plenty of entertainment options and an ideal setup for BBQs. The host was wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The description and photos are spot on. Highly recommend!

What an amazing stay at Saltwater Villa in Rye! The space was large, beautifully decorated and included all the amenities and appliances we could have ever needed to make our little getaway special. The home was clean and perfectly fit the description of the listing. We immediately felt welcome on arrival, as did our fur-babies. Tamara was a fantastic host, who was very responsive to messages. She was available to provide assistance and gave us amazing advice on local recommendations before and during our stay. The clear and concise instructions from Tamara ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, resulting in a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend Saltwater Villa for your next visit to Rye.

Jane’s property was absolutely stunning! I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay down in St Andrew’s beach! It was the perfect size for a bigger group of guests, and is very secluded to accomodate for peace and quiet! Views were brilliant and all up was an amazing stay! Jane is extremely helpful and responsive. Would love to stay again!

Our second time here and certainly won’t be our last. Love the house and couldn’t be better for our dogs as well. Quiet location that is approx 5 min walk to a beautiful bay beach. Central to everything, we think incredible value. Sherwood is alway prompt with her communication and couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely home, comfortable beds and ample space. Netflix avail on TV, comfy lounge space, ample kitchen and condiments available. Nice quiet street, large block and backyard. Well set up. Responsive and helpful host, very responsive and thoughtful

Our stay at The Dune Beach house was amazing.😍😍 From the lovely morning message from Matt & Talal to arriving and seeing such a beautiful home and the stunning interior, credit to Matt & Talal you too have really made this home a true stylish experience for everyone. So helpful and very responsive when I had questions. Located in such a great spot, quite, peaceful also very easy access to the beach, restaurants and the hot springs. I felt so relaxed the moment I sat on the porch enjoying the beautiful front garden. We truly had an amazing stay to the point we didn't want to leave. I will be back 100% . Thank you again guys! We had a wonderful long Cup weekend at Jason’s Rye house. The perfect house for groups and accommodated several families. The backyard deck and lounge spaces were well appointed, we enjoy group dinners on the deck, and brought our pizza oven with us. Bedding linen and towels provided were a big benefit not having to allocate precious car space! The thoughtful touches, outdoor shower, plenty of board games.. which were a hit with the kids. Walkable distance to the shops and front beach. We enjoy day trips to cape shanck and breakwater bay. We would love to come back. Thanks for having us!

We had a great time at Helen’s place. The place is super clean, well thought out, ideal for a weekend getaway or a whole lot longer. The family wanted to stay longer. Will certainly be in touch when we come back to Philip Island

What a wonderful house! Large open space to suit large family and pets. Tucked away in a very quiet area surrounded by bush but only a short distance from amenities. Tim was very fast with responses and very flexible with check in/out. Thank you Tim

Andrea is a wonderful host who was kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her home was beautiful and matched the pictures perfectly. It is right beside the beach and had everything needed for a lovely weekend away.
