An hour's drive from Lillehammer, Viken Fjellgård is idyllically located by the lake Espedalsvatnet, where you can enjoy peace and quiet. Our guests can use our boat and canoe freely, or enjoy the jetty with swimming, fishing and fire pit. You can ride your bikes, go hiking right out of the farm, walk in the woods, or walk on the trails around the water. In late summer and autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. It takes 10 minutes to drive from the farm to the high mountains, and from the parking lot about an hour's walk to Langsua National Park.

Idyllic and peaceful

Here you can really relax, in peaceful and idyllic surroundings. The cabin is located by itself without neighbors, with forest around and a lake just below. Guests who rent the cabin have access to a rowing boat, and there are good chances of catching fish in the water for those who like fishing. There are many opportunities for nice trips either on foot or by bike. The place is perfect for families with children. There is both a zipline and a swing right by the cabin, in addition to the forest and the water, which offers many opportunities for play.

Idyllic seats without electricity and running water

The winter cottage at Hovesetra consists of a bedroom with two family bunk beds, as well as a living room with kitchen and dining room. Simple standard without running water and electricity. The kitchen has simply equipped and oven, hob and fridge run on gas. Hove seats are idyllically located by themselves in the mountains at Fagerhøy along Gardtjønnlivegen. Flooding of hiking opportunities. In summer time, the setra is accessible by road all the way in. In the winter, you must park at Fagerhøy Leirskole (Busetervegen 34) and ski-inskid.

With walking distance to great hiking trails and ski areas, this location is perfect for both summer and winter adventures. Enjoy the tranquility and proximity to everything Gålå has to offer! 630 km of ski slopes right outside the door. Short walking distance to Gålå sports complex, shop with good selection, Gålå hotel and Røsslyngstua cafe. Alpine slope, Peer Gynt game, Gålåvannet, frisbee golf and climbing park 5 minutes away by car.

Cabin at Gålå - Gudshaugen

New cottage built in 2023, with immediate proximity to Gålå Ski resort, with alpine slopes and cross country trails. 5-10 min walk to High and Low Gålå (climbing park), ski resort, cross country trails right outside the door and 5 min walk to the Peer-Gynt game. This cabin is perfect for friends, families with children, and has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms as well as living room and kitchen. There are 3 double beds, a family bunk and a single bed. Outside you have lovely view from the terrace with cozy fire pit and seating.

A very charming holiday home with an attractive location just off Veslesetervatnet. Austlid is only 4 km from the Alpine Center, golf course, restaurants, cafes, sports shop and grocery stores. The cabin has a free and undisturbed location with lovely views and sunrise. The area is a perfect starting point for hiking opportunities and nature experiences with both ski slopes, trails and nice bike paths in the immediate vicinity. In the summer there is the possibility of both swimming and fishing just below the cabin.

Gålå - Panoramic views of Gålåvatnet & Jotunheimen

Homey cottage with all facilities, 9 beds, fantastic location with good sun conditions and panoramic views of Gålåvatnet and Jotunheimen. Great hiking opportunities, fishing, canoeing and biking in summer and winter, the area offers fantastic cross-country trails nearby and a great alpine resort. Access to the high mountains Rondane and Jotunheimen is about 1 hour drive. The cottage is a short walk away from Gålå grocery store with year-round operation, and cafe and high mountain hotel close by.

The cabin has all amenities such as internet, electric car charger, TV, heating in kitchen/living room, hallway and bathroom, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Immediate proximity to ski slopes, Skeikampen ski arena, Joker (supermarket) bus stop and only about 1 km to Skeikampen alpine resort.
