the place is located in a peaceful neighborhood but still near the train station, grocery, convenience stores, parks, and restaurants. i just wished that the sockets in the bathrooms had some kind of protective cover on them since they pose a hazard especially when taking a bath. overall, the place is complete and spacious enough for 7 people although it is a challenge to go through the stairs especially if you have large luggages

Nice place and convenient to MRT

I had an amazing stay at Ta’s Airbnb in Taiwan! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stylish. Ta was an incredibly kind and responsive host, making check-in and communication super easy. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with great food and attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taiwan!

I have family in Taipei so I visit every few years. This is my POV. The place was spacious and a great home base for our 9 day stay. This is a good a size for Taipei. Convenient to MRT stations & sits on top of a convenience store (Hi Life). AC, heater, WiFi all worked. Glad there was a washer on the balcony, though no dryer (this is common in Taipei). Kitchen wasn’t updated but that’s already in the listing pics-I’m not sure why there’s complaints in the reviews. Fridge is a good size & electric stove served its purpose. The downsides. 1. Construction across the street during the weekdays, so please inquire before booking if that’s an issue. We didn’t stay in most days, but the days we did, it was an issue. 2. The host didn’t check in with us during our stay. 3. Some minor wear & tear, such as paint scuffs & an old ceiling leak in one bathroom. These didn’t bother us. Overall I would still give this a 5 star & would stay again next time in Taipei (only if there’s no construction).

The apartment is in a very convenient place in terms of the MRT and bus stops. There are a lot of good food options nearby, including a small night market and a variety of sit-down restaurants in the basement of nearby malls. It's a great place to stay.

Responsive host. Some minor issues on the locks but solved fast.

Fantastic place to stay! Probably the best shower I've used in Taipei. Fast wifi made it easy to work remotely. Perfect for my trip.

Gordon s house was comfortable and good for stay with sufficient amenities. Parking lot was available and the house was at good location. Gordon is a nice host. He replied and responded quickly .

Great location and clean room.

Very good value for money, the apartment is actually accessible through a store. 3 flights of stairs to walk up and down, be strong ! The 3 rooms are independant and offer only a little bit of privacy. 2 of them don't have a window to outdoor. A few appliances need reparation, the owner now knows about it. The kitchen and equipment are super basic, but fine. One separated toilet where it's hard to stand and little space for the legs when seated. Another toilet is in the bathroom. The bathtub is not protected by any curtain, the shower handle not holding well. The highlight is the living room, very bright and spacious. We could not enjoy the terrace due to bad weather, which also showed the lack of insulation of the roof and the apartment in general. When it's 15°C outside, you feel the cold inside. The big window is oriented south and I believe it must be on the other hand really hot in sunny days. Anyway a very good place to spend a few nights in Taipei with my family, we enjoyed !

Smooth communications from day one and had a wonderful stay. The unit felt like home right away. I am always looking for a deal that carrys the quality and value instead of the lowest price. I will book this property again without any hasitation.

All the facilities were perfect. It was comfortable.It was convenient to use because all the facilities were nearby.

Sonam’s place was just as listed in the picture and very clean. The only thing that my parents were confused on was the tv situation. There is a tv but no local channels. Other than that everything was great. Sonam even let them check out later than 11am. Would definitely recommend.

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!

Perhaps I was too tired after the trip but host had to come find me because I couldn't figure it out.
