Fabulous 4 Bedroom Villa (KS-10)

This fabulous and stylish 4 bedroom villa with private pool is located near the city centre of Eindhoven. The pool is open from April until September and closed from October until March. The pool has a special cover that heats up the water by the sun, it is not an electric heated pool. With all facilities needed it's the ideal accommodation for families and business travellers looking for temporary housing in The Netherlands. We provide our guests full service during their entire stay.

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the outskirts of Son and Breugel. In the middle of the triangle Best, St. Oedenrode and Son. Villages with many restaurants and shops. Close to the woods, many cycling and hiking opportunities. In addition, close to exit roads A2 and A50. Center Eindhoven 15 minutes drive. Covered bike shed with charging points. Private garden in a beech hedge fenced orchard. Due to stairs up, less suitable for those with disabilities.

Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, full of beautiful hiking and cycling areas! And you're right in the middle of it. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Complete guesthouse with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The residence is on the grounds of a former calf farm. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, cycling/mountain biking. When booking 4 nights, an evening hot tub is included. Hot tub can be booked for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a closet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside. Smoking outside is no problem.
