Ciutadella is a gem, and the location of the house is perfect: 2 min walk to the center and cathedral, but remote enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. You can not access directly by car but you have a free parking zone very close by.

Ana's house is adorable, perfectly located next to the historic city center. It's exactly as described. Exchanges with Ana were very fluid and simple. if we have to return to Menorca we know where to go. we recommend.

We had the most wonderful holiday celebrating my daughter’s 40th birthday. Villa was wonderful, pool great and ideal situation. Victor could not have been more helpful. Fantastic host. Would recommend the villa and surroundings. Amazing walks, places to visit, restaurants etc. Supermarkets close by and such friendly people. Just fabulous - thank you Victor!

Our stays was lovely, everything was as expected and the location was quite central surrounded by beautiful beaches within 15-20 mins drive.

Lovely little house. Everything is tastefully decorated, the accommodation is impeccable, perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. Very nice garden. Very good communication with Carmelo and Maria José. Excellent stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Bernat's place was perfect. We stayed for 7 days in Fornells and the location is perfect for exploring the island. Bernat has always been responsive and very flexible on departure and arrival times. We recommend her place without hesitation!

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment for our Honeymoon. The apartment is in a very quiet and sleepy corner of the island, but just a 12 minute walk away you can find Es Castell - a perfect little cove with lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment was so well equipped with everything you would need. Even the knives in the kitchen were sharp, which is a relief as often this is not the case in rentals! The development is mainly occupied by British owners, so it was nice to chat and get to know people around the pool. Whilst we were staying, there was alot of construction work happening on the development which meant it was noisy at times and we had no electric for a couple of ours on on of the days, the host dealt with this well and it was out of their control! One thing to note is the cove nearby is not swimmable, which we were disappointed to find out, but we walked 40 mins to another Cove to swim so that was perfect. Thank you so much Gosia, it was the perfect week!

Wonderful apartment for two people. The location is unbeatable, in the center of the beautiful town of Fornells. There is both a supermarket and restaurants and barecitos just a few minutes' walk. The private pool is a luxury and there is also a small platform from which one can bathe in the sea just 15 meters from the house. The house comes with everything you need to spend a splendid beach vacation. The girls on the SOM team were lovely at all times and flexible with our schedules. We want to come back!

Superb apartment quite simple, with its terrace, bright and well decorated. Quiet and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after beautiful hikes. We were fine.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was very clean. There are a lot of things available, which is very nice when you come by plane. We enjoyed the garden and the quiet neighborhood this season. Crisana welcomed us to show us around the apartment and gave us advice.

Lots of advice given about the neighborhood, good places to go. The residence is nice and quiet, the pool is very clean we had it to ourselves. Just 10 minutes from Cuitadella by car. A large supermarket 5 minutes away. In short, I recommend it. The apartment is well-equipped and clean. Convenient self check-in

Stay in early October. One of the best homes we booked on Airbnb in a quiet and pleasant area this season. Perfect apartment, we were fine. Nice pool for those who want to swim laps, only a few people. Easy street parking. Restaurants and supermarkets are a 5-minute walk. Beach within 10 minutes. Comfortable beds. Silvia is a very attentive host. The small house was clean, tidy and in a quiet and above all beautiful location. No complaints. I recommend it 100%.

Everything went really well. Nacho and Leticia were very attentive to make sure everything was fine, from before our arrival to check-out. Friendly at all times and willing to help if we needed anything. The house was perfect, everything was clean, tidy, and it is located in a fantastic place to be able to see the sunset and be at peace. A 10/10!

The accommodation is located in a residential area but it is very quiet, 3 minutes from Arenal beach and 3 minutes from the mountain where you can make hiking trails while enjoying the views towards the sea and nature... there are wild goats in the area always, it is a spectacle. Also, there are several supermarkets nearby and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend it if you want to disconnect and relax.

Silvia was immediately clear and available to which question, she even recommended a place to rent the car that did not ask for a credit card. The house is in a perfect location and very convenient to reach all the most beautiful parts of the island. The house has parking in front, several supermarkets nearby, very good restaurants and a beautiful cove. We found the place clean and efficient, with everything we needed. Concluding, I highly recommend
