Such a wonderful cosy home for a weekend getaway to explore the rail trails on our bikes. Felt rural but close to town. Super clean, comfy linen, and so many staples and a well equipped kitchen. Thanks 🙏

We loved our 3 nights at the property. So much space for our 2 families. We enjoyed the out door fire pit at night and the incredible view of the lake. Convenient to the boat ramp to take our jet skis out each day and the perfect place to relax at the end of our days on the water. We will be back!

Lovely big house and fantastic to have the separate bunk room for the kids. Easy check in process and the house was clean on arrival. The hot tub was a favourite for all.

Wow what a magnificent home! We felt right at home! The views are incredible of the mountains and lake. We loved the time in the generous size Spa, and our doggy adored all the space to run and had a good few swims in the small dam in the garden! Kitchen had everything you could need with plenty cutlery and crockery. Bathrooms and rooms were spotless . We really enjoyed our stay and will most certainly look at rebooking.

We had the most wonderful stay at this peaceful country retreat over the weekend. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and settle in right away. The setting was incredibly tranquil—no traffic, no nearby roads, and no other houses in sight—just the sounds of nature and wide-open skies. One of the highlights was the friendly farm animals (cows, donkeys and guinea fowl) who wandered by the fence to say hello, adding an extra touch of charm to the stay. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, and we left feeling refreshed and reconnected with nature. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a truly serene setting.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay for 4 days. Jane was very accommodating with an early check in and stayed in contact to ensure we had everything we needed - even after the first night. The house was pristine - an older house that has been beautifully renovated. It was rather cold during our visit, and the heaters and super comfy bedding kept us very cosy. We loved everything about it - down to the style of furniture, colour scheme in the bedrooms, the older style stove in the kitchen showcasing its history while having everything you’d need in a newer kitchen. Plenty of space, off street parking, easy access, everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Amazing spacious, modern and extremely clean cottage. Has everything you need for a night or longer stay. Very homely and super close to the hall if attending an event there. Highly recommend.

The pictures do not do this place justice! Such an incredible house, beautifully renovated and styled. We loved using the sauna, hot tub and pool. The doggos also loved the huge yard to run around in. We can’t wait to come back again!

Bellthorpe Stays really stood out as a wonderful Air B&B experience. Easy to get to, a spectacular drive with mountain outlooks & bottle green farms & forest. David has made national parks class walks through the rain-forest to lovely waterfalls & points of interest, a fire pit with a spectacular view, & little nooks to enjoy. The location is peaceful & stunning. The beautiful cabins are clean & uncluttered & more than comfortable for any nature lover.

Awesome place to stay if visiting kenilworth/maleny area with easy access to both. The hosts were awesome, couldnt be happier with the weekend.

We had to stay somewhere on our journey for the night, Cathy's place was a last minute booking. Cathy was more then accommodating, even driving ahead to The Shack for us when we got lost. Gas Heater is amazing, heats up beautifully for Winter stays. Top notch communication, beautiful surroundings and peaceful. Thank you

This venue was perfect for a nice weekend away. Easy to access and offered everything to have a meal considering it is a decent drive from the nearest town. Very peaceful and private. Will definitely visit again.

As we made our way to our cabin we were guided by his friendly blue heeler. The place was fantastic and had everything you needed. David caught up with us and gave us a run down on what to do and see which was really great. We had a very enjoyable stay. We couldn’t recommend David’s place enough. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful tranquil tiny home, exactly what we were after. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Loved the local produce and eco touches. The tall gums and privacy were serene.

There's also a cute little café not too far away in Crystal Waters that’s perfect for a quiet coffee or bite to eat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some tranquility.
