The place was perfect and served the purpose. Access to the unit was pretty easy.and we found the unit to be neat and clean. The rental cost was reasonable given the area. The instructions from the host were pretty clear and the response from the host was quick. We definitely will look up this unit in the future.

Meghan and Dan, i cannot say enough wonderful things about your home. Perfect place to recoup from surgery. This is a pristine home. This is not an ordinary place, they took a lot of care in choosing everything. I even mentioned these are not “ curtains “ or average linen. This is true upholstery, textiles that are soft and last! The Rattan carpets Matched well with the decor. I would definitely recommend staying for any reason! I would call it a very American Cottage! Worth every penny and solitude! Thank you again

My mom and I needed a place to stay for a longer period of time for her treatments. Taranmeet was soo accommodating and helpful with everything we needed. He always answered quickly and made sure to keep us updated. We enjoyed it so much, we booked with him again to finish her treatments after the holiday. We would definitely recommend Taranmeets place, 100%.

We stayed here for a family trip. For a group of 4, this apartment was more than adequate. Like many Airbnb apartments, the furniture is minimal but we did not think that is a disadvantage. I prefer such a layout with enough space to move about rather than a cluttered area. Kitchen utensils were new. This apartment is good for a family to stay like a home away from home. Added bonus was the maintenance person stays in the same building. It is comforting to know that help is at hand if any maintenance is needed to be done.

we are a repeat customer. We knew that Shelly and Abe will take good care of us. had a few small issues with the place and Abe was able to address them very quickly. He usually responded within minutes,.which is crazily amazing. we felt safe in this neighborhood. the walls are pretty good insulated I think. very quiet at night. oh one last thing I like about this place, we get ample sunlight all day! so warm and comfortable! our baby loved watching the street from the window.

This was our 2nd stay here and as with the 1st it was perfect. Alexis is a great host and we noticed some upgrades since our visit last year which aren't yet reflected in the pics. Perfect place in every way.

It’s a nice little space and worked great for what we needed! It was clean and comfortable. We didn’t find a thermostat but there is a fan/heater in the unit if you need to adjust the temperature.

This is the second time I have stayed in N.J. properties. I am very pleased with both places. My stay this time was very nice. This apartment had everything I needed for a pleasant stay in N.J. This apartment was spotless and very comfortable. I will definitely be staying again in N.J. properties. Thanks again for a pleasant experience and nice place to call home for a few days.

I would have given a 4.5 out 5 stars but bonus points for the gym and locked garage. Clean gym, with ellipticals, treadmills, rowing machine, universal machine, free weights and other small equipment. I felt safe that my car was in a locked garage at the bottom of the building and not on the street. The building was locked all the time. Neighbors in the building were friendly. Missing a dresser for your clothes and I could have used some cleaning supplies for the occasional spill in the kitchen. There was a modern feel to the apartment and everything seemed new. For one or two people, it was the perfect size. There were a lot of small restaurants within walking distance of different ethical varieties, and lots of activity in the neighborhood. Looks like the neighborhood is going through a revitalization, turning old buildings into new. Interesting area. Mireilla answered by questions quickly.

We're a family of 5 from Australia travelling with 2 teenagers & a 10 year old. We stayed for 19 nights and did not have a car. We LOVED this place - it had all the amenities we needed so we could cook some meals ourselves, do our laundry etc. There were also local restaurants and grocery stores and transport was close to get into NYC. The extra care taken in making this place feel like a home is what we especially loved - it really was beautifully styled. The hosts were extremely responsive and proactive, providing guidance during our stay and extra tips on what to see and do in the area. Although we didn't meet the hosts, the neighbours were so friendly even inviting us to a Halloween party. Just a note for younger travellers -noise carries in the house so we had to be quiet but this was a sancturary for us, returning after the hustle and bustle of NYC to regenerate for the next day of activity. If you want to feel like you are staying in a home not a hotel, this is it. LOVED it!

The best part about Selim's place is the location. Everything you need is a moments' walk away. It was quiet, clean, and the parking was PHENOMENAL considering public parking is hard to find. I'll be back.

This is a great place convenient to the Princeton campus and Nassau Street restaurants and shops.

I was worried that this place would be loud due to being on a main street. However, the place is very well sound-proofed and I got very peaceful sleep every night of my stay. The place was spacious, very clean, and conveniently located. Newark Penn Station is a 6 minute walk and World Trade Center is a 25 minute Path ride away. I highly recommend this place.

James is such a great and responsive host and his place is super cozy, cute, and stylish. Just a few minutes walk to the university and Nassau St. The parking and dedicated back porch, comfortable, modern furniture, and being dog friendly, are huge bonuses. Noise from upstairs is sometimes bothersome but the pros far outweigh at this lovely, well-situated 1BR. Thank you, James!!
