The house has 350m2 with capacity for 9 people: 5 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fireplace, heating, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Pool with chill out. Children's game room,tree House. This beautiful townhouse, with ETV/4500 License, is located in a privileged location, a few minutes walk from the center, but with great privacy and unbeatable views towards the highest mountain in Mallorca, Puig Major, the village and the entire valley in general. Please note that there is a tourist tax of €2/day per person over 14 years of age to be paid upon arrival in the Balearic Islands. Tenants will be asked for the documentation referred to in the attached Royal Decree 933/2021.

The Tramuntana Mountains are a paradise for any kind of outdoor activity, especially hiking, road cycling and climbing. Two hiking trails start right from the finca into the wonderful surroundings. The town center of Sóller and the beaches in Puerto de Sóller are only a few minutes away by car. Palma with its well-known sights and its vibrant cultural life can be reached in 35 minutes.
