Vacation rentals with lake access in Sollentuna Municipality

Thanks for the time at Camilla's house. We felt very comfortable as a family and had everything we needed. A nice feel-good place for family with children, perfect to rest and to make city trips to Stockholm. We'd love to come back ☺️ Thanks for everything!!

The place was very clean and stylishly decorated. The amenities were perfect and nothing was missing. The connection to the city center of Stockholm is great, the train station is within walking distance and from there you can quickly get to the city. Nevertheless, the accommodation is very quiet. We were there with a baby and there was a complete baby equipment (crib, changing table and high chair). The communication with Madeleine was very nice. We would book the place again anytime.

A total of 9 of us stayed at Malin’s place. The layout of the kitchen, dining area and living room meant that we could all spend quality time together - something we were most looking for in our holiday. Even though we never got the chance to meet Malin, communication was always timely and they were always on hand to help us when we needed something and were so flexible. They even let us stay for an extra few hours as we had a later flight and they did not have guests on that day. Thank you once again for letting us stay in your home Malin, we gained such great memories here.

Fantastic family house! Very well equipped and decorated. The kids liked playing with all the toys and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi. Multiple nice seating areas, both indoor and outdoor. Just a short walk to the bus stop. Highly recommended!

Great location and an added bonus of a trampoline which our daughter loved . There’s a nice lake nearby and although we rented a car it’s not necessary as you can easily take a train , bus or even taxi to get there. There’s a park for kids near the place and the town is walking distance for cafes and restaurants . We really enjoyed our stay !

We had a fantastic stay at Carl’s beautiful house in Stockholm! The home and decor was absolutely gorgeous, making the space feel both stylish and cozy. The pool was a wonderful addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal, close to the city center, making it easy to get around. Carl, was excellent with communication, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great family stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Absolutely a 10 out of 10! Beautiful home with amazing view of the water. Walk to train which is super easy, and you are in Stockholm within 20 mins! wonderful place for family vacation or for perhaps a few couples - wine on the deck, wonderful kitchen, and a sauna! I was coming to Stockholm because I was going to see Taylor's concert, because of the flight delay, I was later than I expected, and the key box for the room was broken, so I also met with Serkan, he was very friendly and respectful to me, left after a brief introduction to the room, he didn't even come inside the house, just at the door.This was my first time traveling alone and Serkan's approach made me feel at ease.It was quite late to come back after watching the concert the next day, and it was a little scary to walk the night road alone, but the neighborhood was beyond the tranquility and peace that I thought touched me again, and I never felt that lighthearted and free.And the bed in the room is also very comfortable, and I slept well.I really enjoyed my two days renting here.If there was a chance I would definitely come again, thank you to the Serkan family for being accommodating, friendly and respectful, I really enjoyed my stay.

I've stayed at Massimo's for about 2 months while looking for a permanent apartment in Stockholm and it felt like home. Häggvik is amazing for those of you who are looking for a place somewhere quiet and far from the city center/touristy stuff, yet 30 minutes away from all that. Huge supermarkets are a stone's throw away and Massimo's kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need to cook. Bear in mind that you'd have two little goldfishes to take care of, in case you of course ask Massimo to take them, which I did, since I was going to take a week-long trip and someone needed to take care of them:) All in all, the apartment is lovely Massimo is a great guy, very helpful and fun, so this did feel more like staying at a friend's place rather than an Airbnb. 10/10!

The location was ideal, with convenient access to transportation, supermarkets, and stunning natural scenery. The quiet neighborhood complemented the serene environment perfectly. The proximity to the forest was delightful - it was just a short walk away, offering easy access to beautiful natural surroundings. An added bonus was the lake next to the house, providing a picturesque backdrop to our stay. A perfect Swedish holiday home that we would absolutely recommend for families seeking a peaceful and comfortable experience!

A real little haven of peace! The accommodation is modern, well arranged and perfectly located by the sea with stunning views. We loved the quiet of the surrounding nature. Ideal to unwind. Everything was clean and well thought out, the host is responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend it!

The sea cottage was beautiful as advertised in the photographs. Quiet and tucked away, but a quick 20-25 minute drive into the city. Peter and Malin were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had! They made the process seamless and stress free. Definitely a hidden gem in the outskirts of Stockholm.

We had the most lovely stay at the sea cottage. It was a bastion of rest and relaxation. We could not stop looking out over the beautiful sea views. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet and peaceful place in the Tynningö. The best part by far was the view — wide open sea, fresh air, and large cruise ships slowly passing right in front of the house. It was like watching a moving postcard! One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub overlooking the sea. Sitting in the warm water while watching the sunset or seeing ships glide past was an unforgettable experience — calm, scenic, and perfect for unwinding. The house is simple and cozy, with all the essentials you need. The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable — and honestly, the view and outdoor experience more than made up for it. Highly recommended if you're looking to disconnect, recharge, and enjoy the best of the Swedish archipelago.

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this fantastic house. Everything was perfect – the house is very well maintained, well equipped and offers a magnificent view of the water. The location on the quiet island is idyllic and yet Stockholm can be reached in only about 40 minutes. Linda and her husband were great hosts: warm, helpful and available at all times. We felt completely comfortable. We can highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time in the Archipelago and in this cozy home. We felt like at Home and enyoied the Garden a lot. Total recommend! :-)
