Located in calm and charming Edsviken (Sollentuna) but with Stockholm city centre only fifteen minutes away. A short walk will take you to the water of Edsviken with beaches and beautiful strolls along the water. The area offers various green areas, playgrounds, football fields and Forrest reserve Tegelhagen. Around the corner (300 m) you find Edsviken’s Piazza and Gelateria offering home made ice cream as well as food and drinks. Further down the street (500 m) you also find bakery Gateau.

Child-friendly villa in the Stockholm suburbs

Charming turn of the century house from 1928. It's an old house with renovations left to do, but the house also has a lot of charm with most modern amenities. On the property, there is also a small house that is rented separately with an entrance from the other side of the property secluded with a plank, see photos. Newly renovated bathroom with a shower, a bath and a washing machine. Parking: Plenty of room to park several vehicles. We can arrange high chairs and a crib if desired.

An additional 3 persons could be accomodated upon request. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms of which 2 open up to the balcony, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen & dining area as well as an indoor patio. Downstairs you have 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 toilets, 1 shower & washing machine.
