Monthly Rentals in Solera

Spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay very much. When we experienced difficulty using the washing machine, José Manuel promptly came over to help us and resolved the issue. The house is an easy 30 minute drive to Jaen and a refreshing taste of small town Spain. The locals are friendly and helpful.

The host is super friendly and the views of the house are magnificent.

The apartment is just as described, quiet and very cozy. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. It is very conveniently located, very close to everything. 5 minutes from Downtown. It has a bar very close by for dinner that I recommend 100% La Calancha. And a little higher up for breakfast, a churrería where they also have very good toasts. Antonio Jesús was always attentive to any questions and responded quickly. The last day he also gave us flexibility to leave after lunch, quite a thoughtful gesture!!! Looking forward to returning to Úbeda to repeat.

The accommodation was very well located, close to the downtown area. The apartment was spotless and was just as in the photos and as described. The short time we've spent in it, it's been like home. Paqui was always attentive to our needs.
