Everything is great, the apartment is small, but very functional and contained everything you need to live. The owner is very communicative, it was easy to agree on check-in and check-out at different times. The area is very nice, green, there is nothing to complain about 🙂

The best place to stay in Warsaw! This apartment is perfectly located, with countless amazing restaurants, cafés, and clubs right at your doorstep. You’re truly in the heart of the city, and everything is within walking distance. There’s also a great gym nearby if you want to stay active during your stay. I highly recommend booking this apartment without any hesitation—it’s a true gem! Jakub is an excellent host: friendly, helpful, and always available. Wishing you a fantastic stay!

Hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The apartment is bright, spotless, and feels like a private retreat. The sofa was great, big smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen made it feel like home, but the real showstopper is the huge private terrace. It was pure relaxation with a heated jacuzzi ready 24/7, sitting under the stars was unreal. The queen bed was insanely comfortable, the vibe calm and peaceful. Free underground parking with elevator access straight to the door made it even easier. The café and bakery downstairs were perfect for slow mornings. The host was amazing - super responsive with great local food tips. Honestly feels like they’re undercharging at €160 a night for what you get. Pure comfort, total privacy, and real luxury in Warsaw. I will definitely stay here when I am back in Warsaw. Thanks again!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Warsaw! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with great access to cafes, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment had all the essentials, fast Wi-Fi, TV-set with Netflix and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!

Our 2-day stay here was absolutely wonderful. Access to the apartment was clearly described, with helpful photos, and self check-in was smooth and easy. The apartment smelled lovely and was fully equipped — even with thoughtful extras like cotton pads, tea, a dishwasher, washing machine, board games, a drying rack, and an iron. Everything was clean and fresh. The design is creative and well thought-out, with lots of greenery that adds a cozy touch. The terrace is a real treat — perfect for slow breakfasts or relaxing evenings. The location is fantastic — very close to the old town, the river, and some great places to eat and explore. There’s even a grocery store in the building. The hosts responded quickly and were very helpful. Thank you! This place became a special part of our lovely impression of Warsaw🤍

Coolest place in Warsaw! Great location! It’s gonna sound crazy but get the burritos around the corner they’re great :) we ran out of toilet paper and had some in the morning brought to us. They were very responsive and helpful!

This place is perfect. The photos do not do it justice. It is very specious, comfortable and clean. We were a family of seven and had more than enough room, dishes, towels and anything we could think of. The sauna is a very nice bonus. The neighbourhood is quite and feels safe. We were with a rental car, so it was nice to be able to park it and close the house’s gate. It took us less than 30 minutes to drive to Warsaw’s old town.

Staying with Ms. Danuta was a unique experience for me. A cheerful woman with a rich life experience made me feel at home, I really recommend this place and I will definitely visit it a few more times.

Beautiful house in a very quiet neighborhood, very friendly, responds quickly to messages.

The landlord was very flexible when it comes to check-in time and made it so much easier for us to start the weekend. The house is a dream! We couldn't get enough of the indoor and outdoor pool. The sauna was also used extensively. The amenities in the house are great, we didn't miss anything. And the kindness of the landlord has been felt throughout the weekend. He was very accessible whenever I had a question and always helpful. Thank you very much and I hope we have another opportunity to be guests here.

Margaret's place is perfect for a short stay in Warsaw. Very central location allows to see the main sights very conveniently. Margaret also takes an effort to make you feel welcome and tries to make sure that all goes well.

We've stayed at Pawel's place for the second time now. Everything was as good as the year before. Location's great, you can order different food delivery options very conveniently as it all comes within the hour. Area is beautiful. Backyard is spacious. Lot's of toys for the kids and things to do. Pawel is always very responsive and eager to help with anything, so your stay goes as smooth as possible!

An amazing location whether you’re coming to Warsaw to study, work or sightsee :) Apartment is beautiful, fresh and equipped with with all the amenities you may need. Sergii is a great host, extremely kind, responsive and helpful! I do recommend :) Just a small note – the apartment was really clean, including the bedding and the kitchen. The only thing I would improve is that the floor was a bit dirty and seemed like hadn’t been vacuumed.

It was great experience. The space is small, but it’s perfect one person. Location is great and the host responds very quickly. My recommendation is not to follow the google map, as the pin isn’t correctly placed. Everything is close to the apartment.

It is close to the historic inner city and Warsawa Centralna (both about 10min via tram). The road in front of the apartment is a bit noisy, but it wasn't a problem, especially after I figured out the window needed a bit more force to close properly. There's quite a few restaurants in the area, and we could even find basic groceries during a national holiday within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with most basic things you could need during your stay: shower gel and shampoo, towels. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets clean. The kitchen was equipped with bacic cooking supplies (salt, sugar, some spicies, tea and a few other things). The equipment was sufficient for doing basic cooking for two people or preparing food for the next day exploring Warsaw. Cooking for more people would be a challange. The instructions Magadalena sent were clear and well illustrated with pictures. Overall she was helpful and friendly, the apartment cozy and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Patryk ’s place! It was perfect for our family—very clean, comfortable, and truly family-friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city super convenient. We also loved how close it was to several parks, which was ideal for our little one to play and for relaxing strolls. Patryk was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially families. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

I’m not sure what else I could add to all the great reviews. Jakub was so responsive and helpful! The location is in a neighborhood with plenty of walking and parks. The apartment has everything you need and it is comfortable. Smartly decorated and just downright lovely! Stay here!
