Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Soča

This place is great for a winter vacation. The kids had a blast sledding on the nearby snowy hills, and there was so much to do inside the house too. Using the heated pool and sauna was fun while watching the snow fall outside. Guess we'll have to visit during the summer once to try out bbq and outside playground . The hosts were super quick to reply whenever we had questions. Highly recommend staying here.

Tina And Igor's cosy cottage is in peacefull neighbourhood. We enjoyed sauna & jacuzzi after hiking around two nearby lakes. Great place for retreat from city life in any season, and for longer stays in summer. Our hosts prepared a comprehensive list of places to visit, and they were friendly & helpfull.

what a beautiful, cozy and intimate place. beautiful house, beautifully serenely furnished. Upon entering, the coolness fell into the house, the nice smell and the beauty immediately. We felt right at home. The house was beautifully clean and the kitchen had all the necessities (nice pans, good knives, very important😉). facilities such as jacuzzis and 2 bathrooms were very nice. Multiple air conditioning in the house. great communication with host, always a quick response. the house is in the center of Pazin, close to restaurants and shops, yet the peace and quiet is remarkable. also within walking distance of sights such as the Pazin cave and the old castle. a sweet welcome word from the owner with nice tips for restaurants that were definitely worth it! I have never eaten such delicious gnocci. thank you for this nice end to our tour and introduction to Istria.

Our family was truly impressed with our stay! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks even better in reality than in the photos. It’s a paradise for a short vacation with kids, offering a fantastic swimming pool and plenty of entertainment both inside and outside. The barbecue area is excellent, perfect for relaxing evenings. Ana, the owner, was incredibly attentive, always in touch, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. If I could, I’d give this place 20 out of 10! Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect getaway.

Despite very late and spontaneous request (our previous accommodation had canceled us), these extremely friendly landlords managed to prepare the entire house for 9 adults and a child in a few hours. Everything clean and homely, kitchen equipment, etc., was also great! We will be happy to come back. Sincere thanks for enabling a beautiful and cozy family weekend!

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

Wonderful place to stay, cozy, clean, and just like the pictures! The host is extremely accessible and responsive. If you are looking for peace in nature, away from the city crowds this is the ideal accommodation for you :)

Ulli and Klemens were great hosts! They welcomed me very warmly and open-minded. Although I was on site alone on holidays and the inn was officially closed, there was only group reservations, there was always a portion of homemade dish left for me. The property is romantically decorated, there was nothing missing. The surroundings are stunning and really let you relax. You can always talk to the locals and make new acquaintances. It's definitely not the last visit and I'm looking forward to the next one! Kind regards, 🤍

The stay was very pleasant, Stefan's house is very beautiful and cared for in detail, and is located inside a ranch where horses and sheep graze. The outdoor space is also equipped, you can cook and dine under the porch, in the garden surrounded by hedges you can sunbathe. This place is an oasis surrounded by nature. The hot tub at our disposal was also very appreciated.

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

I was overly satisfied with the host! Very nice lady. The accommodation was clean and matched the price. We were our entire family of seven and we all had private! Highly recommend and look forward to seeing you again!!! Just a place to stay!!!!😍😍

Beautiful villa that looked exactly like the photos. The infinity pool is absolutely amazing and was the perfect temperature (in August). Because others had commented about the air conditioning: It works perfectly and despite it being up to 39 degrees outside in the shade, it was nice and cool inside. Alen and Gloria were incredibly nice hosts who always responded immediately and took care of all our needs and gave us very good restaurant recommendations nearby. All in all: 100% recommendable.

We were at this place for 4 days and the house was great. We have enjoyed the evenings after cycling the whole day. The house was a great opportunity to calm down and enjoy the sun.

This was a perfect property with all of the amenities we could ask for to enjoy our week in Croatia! Host was great! Will 100% be returning to this property on our next trip to the area!

The stay at Villa Kathy was perfect, it was all as described and also everything there to stay there for a longer period of time, I can only say so much that there will be a Villa Kathy 2.0 on our side, we felt very comfortable there and will definitely book this accommodation again, thank you also for the good process and thank you Anita she managed everything well..... Full recommendation on our part, our conclusion who wants a luxury vacation where nothing is missing, this villa is right in this place.

The villa was very clean and maintained and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly despite the fact that we arrived late due to traffic jams. Communication in English worked out very well. Around the village of Hlapa there are very good restaurants and beautiful bays for swimming that can be easily reached by car. A large supermarket (Plodine) is also only 11 minutes away by car from the Villa by car, really great. Again to the hosts a big thank you we all had a great stay.

I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful cozy, tranquil place. Boris was very kind and friendly,showing us around, showing us everything we could possibly need. The house is very well-equipped as well as the garden! We had an amazing time during our stay, we will definitely be back :) !!!

Eva and her family welcomed us in a very friendly way and spoiled us with juice and pastries. We felt very comfortable and especially enjoyed the wellness offer. It is wonderfully quiet and the view of the garden and the mountains beautiful. Eva gave us good excursion tips. Everything was well reached by car. And whenever we returned in the evening, we were super happy and grateful about this quiet location in the middle of nature. Eva and her family are great hosts. Thanks!

The Alpine house is a beautiful villa that was perfect for the two of us, the wood fired outdoor hot tub was great for relaxing after a day of exploring, hearing nothing but nature while sitting and relaxing in the hot tub made the experience that much more enjoyable. The sauna was an amazing addition to the villa. Very well equipped with everything we need for our stay, Tadej was friendly and a great host! We would definitely stay here again.
