I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Vanessa’s place! When I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was absolutely spotless and all amenities were so functional and modern. The bed was especially comfortable and the electric blanket was a blessing in the winter!! For a solo work trip, it was the perfect size for me and had everything I needed. I won’t hesitate to book again for my next visit to Cooma. Thank you!

I had a lengthy stay here as I working in the area. It was just far enough out of town to be an enjoyable journey in and out of work every day with beautiful scenery of the Aussie farming outback whilst still being plenty close to everything you could need. The house is situated on a farm and I was greeted every morning by cows, sheep and kangaroos which I adored. The interior is incredibly comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and laundry and great beds. A real home away from home! James was a very responsive and friendly host and ensured I had everything I could need. I felt safe and comfortable here. Enjoying evenings of star gazing with a glass of wine or taking advantage of the wifi to watch Netflix on the big TV in the living room. If I am ever in the area again for work or leisure, I would stay here again.

Roohaven is the perfect place if you’re looking for a relaxed stay with a beautiful view and lovely host. And we did indeed see kangaroos in the garden 🥰 Helen is absolutely lovely and we felt able to contact her if we needed anything during our stay. Her extra efforts to make sure we were comfortable did not go unnoticed, and we really appreciated the vegan biscuits she bought us in place of the timtams she usually provides 😊 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to relax in nature and watch the starry sky at night ❤️

The property is really nice , Everything near by like fuel, woolies, cafes, Ski hire etc. Jindabyne Lake Exactly behind the property so you can have Coffee in korning with gret view. Apart from Everything Host (Renata) Is very responsive , You can definately feel like second home. I found my go to place in Jindabyne for anytime snowy plan
