Great private apartment. I had whole bottom floor to myself. Very secure and comfortable and walking distance to most things. Big supermarket around the corner to get supplies. Jerrel provided alot of local info which was great. As a host he knows how to make you feel welcome. Would definately stay again when I visit Paramaribo again. highly recommended

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Arjen's place! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a beautiful, clean, and comfortable space. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions or amenities, making it a great spot for exploring the area. The communication with Arjen was seamless—super responsive, helpful, and provided great recommendations for local spots to check out. Every little detail was taken care of, from the cozy linens to thoughtful touches. I truly felt at home during my stay and can’t recommend this place enough. My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this 2-bedroom apartment! The space was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. This was one of the very best AirBnb stays I’ve ever had. Myself and girlfriends stayed for 3 nights and there is no Complaints, the host and hostess were supper supper friendly and helpful and even chatted and answered lots of my questions …. The Appartment is supper cosy, clean well appointed and welcoming comfortable and perfect…. It’s definitely a 6 out of 5 starts for me … and all the girls feel the same. We can’t wait to comeback when the pool is finished.

The location was exactly as described in a quiet and safe environment. The communication was clear from the beginning and all questions were answered. Friendly welcome from the host Julian who answered all questions and provided clarity. I was able to sign in earlier than the usual check in time. Received with a richly stocked fridge of varied drinks. Very nice and convenient alarm system. Equipped with all the comforts. If there is something, however small, Julian came right up. Great! I would book again in a heartbeat.

I will definitely recommend this place with no doubt! It’s beautiful inside/out, close to everything. The host and the caretaker were great persons ( attentive to every little thing and fast to reply ). What a great stay we had! We would stay 4 days but soon we extended it to 2 weeks and that says a lot. Upon arrival, Lydia welcomed us warmly and we felt immediately at ease. The surroundings and location are top! Close to shops and restaurants, the apartment is clean, tidy, has a large terrace and is super luxurious with all the necessary amenities. We slept well and didn't feel unsafe for a moment! In Suriname we no longer want another stay!

The place is very quiet, clean as mentioned in the advertisement. Marcel is always responsive to your needs. The place is around 8 minutes to the main road “Kwattaweg” in that road there are plenty supermarkets, some local restaurants and local transportation to the downtown. Around the corner from the place there is a taxi stand. I highly recommend Marcel place.

What a beautiful spacious house from friendly helpful owners and a host where nothing is too much to ask for. It has been beautifully brought back to its historic state and it is therefore nice to be able to make a small contribution to the restoration of Surinamese heritage. For what you get and what can be obtained in the Surinamese logical market, it was very cheap. More may be asked for. We will definitely go back to this. I hope we were worthy tenants too.

Really enjoyed my stay here :) M was extremely welcoming and went out of her way to help me. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable too, with all necessities in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The neighborhood and surrounding area are also very peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!
