This is where you come to relax. Enjoy a wonderful location surrounded by locals in Hoofdplaat. The beach is in front of the door. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket/bakery, restaurant etc. If you get tired of the quiet, you can cycle 8 km to Breskens. By car you are in no time in Antwerp and Bruges. Sustainability can go hand in hand with vacations, we think. We have an efficient house with a pellet stove and solar panels. We contribute to the environment! See also our reviews

House-Village-Sea - modern house in an old schell

In the beautiful artists' village of Groede in the south of Zeeland, we renovated our holiday home in 2021, including a sauna. Modernly equipped and furnished in a shell from the 1920s and 1960s. Groede itself offers everything you need for everyday life, including nice cafes and top restaurants and a microbrewery. The beach is 2.5km away and can be reached by bike. Bruges and Ghent can be reached in 30 minutes, Antwerp in 60 minutes. Surfing/kiting, horseback riding, tennis, golf in the area.

The modern building features multiple glass balconies on the upper levels, providing open views of the surrounding area. A stone facade adds texture, while the name 'Faro Greenpark' is prominently displayed on one side. Lush greenery is visible, enhancing the overall aesthetic.

This beautiful apartment is located in one of the most beautiful places on the North Sea. From the living room you can see the sea and the beautiful dunes of Knokke up to Breskens. The breathtaking views make you believe that you stand in front of a moving painting! In summer you open the folding frames all the way and take the sea in as it were. The soothing sound of the waves, the salty sea air and the panoramic views of the infinite: it's lovely to stay in C-View.

Beautiful stay in a central and quiet location We had a great time in Gapinge! The accommodation is very quiet yet centrally located – perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings by bike. Directly from the house, well-developed bike paths lead through fields and small villages to the magnificent beaches of the region. We were particularly enthusiastic about the charming places nearby: Middelburg with its historic alleys and great cafes, the picturesque Veere right on the water and Vlissingen with its lively promenade – all easily accessible by bike. The accommodation itself was very well maintained, well equipped and offered plenty of peace and quiet. We felt comfortable from the first moment. An ideal starting point for anyone who wants to experience nature, the sea and typical Dutch culture. We will be happy to come back!

We were more than satisfied with the nice hosts, who were very cooperative and helpful. The location is great. A great weekend in Westkapelle with 3 adults and 3 kids. Also suitable for 6 adults. Sauna is also big enough ;)

We vacationed there for a week and fell in love with the accommodation at first sight. The apartment was super clean, beautifully furnished, wonderfully planned, something very special. Everything was right. Benjamin was a great host who always responded quickly, although unfortunately we can't speak Dutch. Also the surroundings, the city with great locations and super nice people was great. We would have loved to stay longer. Thank you!! We definitely want to come back.

We loved our stay here. The cottage is super well located with a fantastic garden and beautiful views. Watching the sun set here is fantastic. Super safe also for children as the adjacent jetty and the cottage all around is closed with a fence and gates! High chairs and cot were ready upon arrival. Everything was very clear! Plenty of nice places in and around the house to chill. It is very pleasant that there are several places to eat in and around the cottage.

The outdoor patio features a table surrounded by six chairs, shaded by a large umbrella. Two sun loungers are positioned on the grass, providing a relaxing space to enjoy the garden. The patio doors connect the indoor lounge area to the outdoor space.

I had booked a short trip with 3 nights and we had a great time. In the house we found exactly the amenities, as it was mentioned in the listing. The sauna gets warm and has enough space for 2 people. We will be happy to come back!!!

A great house, with a very large terrace. With wind protection and covered. In kitchen there is everything to provide for yourself. The sauna was great. The bedrooms were also nice. The one on the ground floor also had a TV. I will definitely be coming back soon.

There were 9 persons in a 10 person house. The 3 showers were a lifesaver and there was enough room for everyone. Contact was always friendly and helpful
