Had a super nice time here! The property is very spacious, clean and well kept. Perfect with a group of friends of 7. We spent a lot of time around the pool (with super view) and on the terrace in the back. By car, you will also be at the beach in no time, ideal.

Very nice, clean and cozy House with all Equipment you need. Parking is also possible directly at the House. Nice Pool/sauna area. We would book it again.

We chose the accommodation to celebrate a bachelorette party there. Positive aspects: - Two parking spaces for two cars - Large cozy garden - The sea can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes - Easy check-in - Landlord can be reached quickly if you have any questions The stay was great overall. We can't think of any negative aspects. We would have liked to use the fire barrel to end the evening together by the fire, but this was not possible due to the dryness/weather

Super cozy dike cottage. We were there in winter, so no use of the garden, but this one looked to relax in. Everything was clean and the decor cozy. A place to remember when we go to Zeeuws Vlaanderen again!

Very nice cottage with a great garden. Very suitable for a stay with kids. We had super nice weather so the kids enjoyed the slide and pool. Near the beach of Breskens and of Groede Podium. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful time at this great house! The location is simply fantastic – right by the sea, just over the dune, really great. The accommodation is also ideal for families: There were toys for the children, which made our stay even more relaxing. A truly perfect relaxing vacation. Special recommendation for dog owners, because there are enough other dogs, so that there is a very high tolerance overall. The direct surroundings are picturesque, quiet, clean and simply good for the soul. Here are the cleanest and most well-kept beaches we have ever seen. The house is perfectly located, perfectly furnished and in perfect condition. If you are looking for Halligalli, this is definitely the wrong place, the nearest major city is 50 km away. Nevertheless, there is nothing missing, because the town of Breskens offers several shopping facilities, snacks and restaurants. It has it all ! Overall rating -1 A with * - !!!

The residence was as described and very warm and welcoming. Wanted to note that the bathroom was somewhat small, as at 220lbs, my knees made contact with the wall when seated. Otherwise, the area is private and the scenery is beautiful. Only 15 minutes to North Sea beach and shopping.They were perfect hosts and very responsive.

Excellent! Beautiful and modern apartment. Very clean and spacious. Great balconies front and back. Excellent supermarket, cafes, bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable beds. Fabulous stay and would love to come back.

We were kindly welcomed by Jeroen. Furthermore, it was a nice cozy space with clean amenities and a very nice bed! The location is in the middle of the tranquility of the polder, but a 5-minute drive from the supermarket and a short fifteen minutes from the beach. Ideal for a quiet weekend or week away. Location and equipment of the apartment is top. There are really only very small deductions that it could have been a little cleaner in one place or another. But we'll be happy to come back!

There were four of us in Ewald's house over Easter, it is quiet and offers a good starting point for activities. Everything was as described and as in the photos, check-in was easy, we were happy with the place and communication with Ewald

We enjoyed the very long beach, and surrounding nature. The location is quiet and peaceful. The house is comfortable and sunny both on mornings and on afternoons. My family enjoyed the stay. Last, but not least, Hannah is a very kind host.

Our stay at Nienke's was perfect from start to finish. We were only there with our three children for two nights, but would have preferred to stay longer. Although we did not leave until later in the evening, Nienke welcomed us warmly and took the time to show us and explain the most important things. Nienke's accommodation was furnished with a lot of love for detail, very cozy and also extremely clean. The location of the place is quiet and offers a wonderful change from the often so stressful everyday life. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Many thanks to Nienke and her husband for the hospitality and flexibility on arrival and departure. We would come back any time.

A beautiful cottage right in the center, so everything is within walking distance. Nice restaurants and bars nearby, the sea and several nice villages nearby. We really enjoyed it!

I was with Stephan for several weeks with some colleagues. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great. It's nice and quiet, but there are also some options within walking distance to have a beer with colleagues after work. The contact with Stephan was good. For minor problems, they always responded immediately and provided a solution. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We had an amazing and relaxing time in this lovely home. It is spacious and well-equipped and our young daughter loved playing in the beautiful garden. A great base for exploring the area but in a very peaceful village. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The house is tastefully furnished, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. Its location is a real highlight—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and close to local amenities, which made everything very convenient. The outdoor space was great for relaxing, and the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. The only small downside was that the curtains in the bedrooms let in quite a bit of light, which made it a bit challenging for our young children to fall asleep. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would gladly return.
