A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. Welcome to our cottage on the lake, which offers an unforgettable escape from reality in beautiful untouched nature. The house with a terrace is located on a huge plot with its own pond in absolute privacy. It is modernly furnished, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Of course, there is air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking. The accommodation is located at the edge of the field on the shore of Liptovska Mary. It's a cabin area, so there are three other cabins. It's a quiet location, but with lots of activities around. There is a large swing on the property with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
