Registered guests can access the amenities for free. For guests’ visitors, they can only use the pool but are subject to a charge of 200/person. They are also not allowed to sleep in the condo unit.

📝Pre-Check-In Requirements:
- All guests must submit a valid ID before arrival
- Any government-issued ID e.g. passport, driver's license etc.
- Please send these documents at least 24 hours before check-in. By submitting your ID, you consent to the processing of your information in line with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines.
📜 House Rules – Please Read Before Your Stay
To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone, kindly observe the following:
• No smoking inside the unit
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events
• Do not rearrange furniture
• Please treat sheets and towels with care
• Any damaged or missing furnishings will be charged accordingly
• Before leaving the unit, please turn off all appliances, lights, and close all windows and the door
• Keep your key card safe – lost cards incur a ₱3,000 replacement fee and require an affidavit of loss
• For security and safety reasons, no undeclared or unauthorized guests are permitted inside the unit. If you do have a visitor, they can enter as long as they'll bring a valid ID, and you need to meet them at the lobby and let them log in the logbook, but they cannot sleep inside the unit.

🚗 Parking Information:
-Paid parking is available at the property on a first-come, first-served basis.
*If you require parking for the duration of your stay, please inform us in advance so we can check the availability and arrange it for you. The parking fee is Php 350/night.

If you're arriving from abroad, you can easily stay connected by purchasing a Philippine SIM card with a data bundle at the airport. Major providers like Globe and Smart are available and reliable throughout the city.
🚕 Getting Around
For convenient and affordable transport, we recommend using Grab, a ride-hailing app similar to Uber. It’s widely used in Cebu (overall in Asia) and a safe, cashless way to get around. Regular taxis are also available.
