The condominium has a 24-hour front desk, and arrival is easy: just identify yourself at the entrance and register. Upon check-in, the house keys will be given to you, as per the instructions that will be sent via Airbnb chat.

HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for all guests and residents of the condominium, please pay attention to the guidelines below:
• The property is located in a family and residential condominium, so parties or events are not permitted in the house.
• Sound and music are allowed only at a moderate volume, according to the condominium's internal rule, which states: "Speakers are prohibited. Respect the use of ambient sound, and only until 9 pm." Anyone who fails to comply will be notified and fined. Please cooperate.
• Visitors are NOT allowed to enter during the stay. Access to the condominium is exclusive to guests previously registered at the front desk upon presentation of an ID.
• Drug use is not allowed on the property or in the condominium areas.
• For stays longer than 7 days, for greater comfort during the stay, we provide an additional cleaning service with a change of bed and bath linens for a fee of R$ 300. The amount will be sent for payment on the sixth day of the stay, and the service will be performed on the seventh day, by appointment.
• Guests with stays of less than 7 days can also request extra cleaning or a change of bed and bath linens during their stay. Just contact us via chat to check availability and additional prices as needed.
• We offer the possibility of early check-in and extended check-out for an additional fee and subject to availability. If you are interested, please contact us prior to booking. For flexible check-out requests, we ask for at least 1 day's notice for a feasibility analysis.
