The door will be unlocked using a smart lock by entering a passcode on the keypad. *For details, please refer to the check-in manual PDF that we will send you.

Please make a reservation after confirming the following rules.
0. Register personal information such as your name, address, and occupation in advance based on the Ryokan Business Act and the Housing and Accommodation Business Act. Also, please be sure to check in on the tablet at the time of check in.
1. Please take off your shoes indoors.
2. Both inside and outside of the building are totally non-smoking.
3. No noise. Especially from 21:00 to 7:00 am, it will be bedtime for the neighbors, so please spend a quiet moment.
4. Please do not bring anyone other than the guest into the room without permission.
5. Please do not carry the interior and equipment (toilet paper etc.) installed in the room.
6. When going out, be sure to turn off the electric stove, air conditioner, TV, lighting, etc before going out.
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. Please leave the trash in the indoor trash bin or the outdoor trash storage area and check it out.
9. Towels and linen should be used one by one. If it gets dirty, please do not wash it yourself.
10. Please do not clean during your stay, please clean the room if it gets dirty.
11. In case of emergency please contact us immediately by phone or SMS.
12. Make sure to use the room clean, as it will be the same as it was when you checked out.
13. If you would like to extend the stay, please contact us 2 days prior to check-out, and if you apply for the extended stay on the day, half of the cleaning fee will be charged as the cancellation fee.
14. Please be aware that additional fees may be charged if the checkout is delayed and the cleaning service is disrupted.
15. Please note in advance that there may be a charge for disposal expenses if there are residual items that can not be handled as ordinary trash, such as attachable cases, strollers, etc.
16. With regard to luggage storage, it is possible to place luggage at the entrance after 14:00 on the check-in day until 13:00 on the check-out day.
