This beautifully renovated waterfront cottage sits directly on the shores of Lake Huron — one of the world’s Great Lakes — offering breathtaking views from every corner of the open-concept living space. With soaring cedar ceilings, a designer kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto a glass-railing deck, this is cottage living at its finest — stylish, comfortable, and completely connected to nature.

Kitchen - The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities you need. Convention stove with double oven, fridge, dishwasher, Otr microwave, kettle, magic bullet, toaster, coffee marker, pots and pans. Lots of cupboard space. All the plates, cups, and glass you need.

Master Bedroom - The master bedroom is on the top floor has a queen size bed.

Main Floor Bedroom - Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and conveniently located beside a four piece bathroom

Walkout / Basement floor -
Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds with its own gas fireplace and conveniently located beside four piece washroom with steam

Bunkee - Accessible from the deck, extra bedroom with queen bed, pullout couch and single bed (No bathroom, must use washroom in main cottage)

Outdoor - After enjoying a nice view from 500 square foot deck, cook up a feast on the broil king propane bbq which one propane tank per rental is included or just relax on one of many lounge chairs. There are two single person kayaks for you to enjoy on water which two adult life jackets are included. There is a fire pits on property by the water

. Wood can be purchased at UPI gas station in Ferndale

Shoreline - Rubble stone, honey comb rock. Gradual entry into the water. Water shoes are recommended.


70' inch smart tv has Netflix for you to enjoy your favourite movies or shows
