Experience the passion and dedication behind our luxury accommodations near Lisbon, Portugal. Quinta da Princesa (Princes Country Property) is located on the west bank of a branch of the Tagus River, offering over 25 hectares of private forest and historic charm.

Within this private estate, you will find a group of family houses, a chapel, a farmstead, water tanks, and an old aqueduct, creating a unique blend of history, culture, and nature. Casa do Lagar, one of six family houses, offers 3 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private patio, and swimming pool — all enhanced in winter by fireplaces, radiant floors, and cozy indoor spaces.

Quinta da Princesa was historically one of the seven country estates of the Portuguese King and was purchased by our family eighty years ago. In the 20th century, the estate hosted rich cultural programs, including equestrian competitions and hunting events promoted by our family.
Even in winter, the property invites you to walk among olive groves, explore forest paths, or simply enjoy peaceful views of the Tagus River. Seasonal wildlife, such as rose flamingos passing by in April and September, adds color and charm to the estate.
