Fantastic flat in a great location within easy walking distance of Peasholm Park and North Bay. Lots of great touches in this comfortable apartment and plenty of room for 2 x families of 4. Plenty of parking on the doorstep, just use the discs provided. Mark was a great host and so easy to contact. We'll definitely look to use again.

We had a great time staying at Ben’s flat. It has everything you need and is simple, clutter-free and clean. Instructions for entering and parking were clear, the property feels very secure as there are 3 levels of code-entry doors from street to flat and the location is great for exploring York. 15-20 minute walk to the Shambles and centre of town and great local restaurants (really recommend Valentino’s 5 mins walk away and Ate O’Clock 15 mins walk away). A great flat in a great location, with a helpful host. Thank you!

Spacious modern clean apartment, exactly as described, very comfortable beds! Location was absolutely perfect, views from front window over harbour are stunning!! Only used the car once in a week!! Loved Whitby didn’t want to come home. Thank you ☺️ ❤️

it was our first time to visit York ans we had a wonderful stay at Mark and Donna's place!! The apartment had everything we needed — it was well-equipped, cozy, and felt very safe. They provided a handbook with instructions and recommendations. The location was perfect with easy access to the city centre, making it convenient for exploring. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We were particularly impressed at your thoughtfulness in leaving a welcome basket. Apart from the initial slight difficulty in access at the gate, once we had the fob, all was well. The showers were really good with a strong flow of water. Also, we were lovely and warm. The private parking was very useful. The flat is situated near the station, restaurants and takeaways and with easy access to the city centre. We would love to stay again should we return to York.

Ryan's Unique Apartment on Normanby Terrace was fantastic. very close to West Cliff, Beach, Restaurants and Pubs. the Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Ryan was very welcoming and very responsive when asked questions. We parked in the sports hall car park and paid for 4 days without any issues. this was a 5 min walk from the apartment. we would certainly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again. If you're looking for a sumptuous accommodation in easy walking distance of the York Train Station and surrounds, this AirBnB is fantastic. As home cooks we organised a grocery delivery straight to the house, which arrived promptly. There's also a small Sainsbury's tucked in the side of the York train station opposite the glassed Family Room for urgent supplies. The modern kitchen had everything we needed to cook a proper meal. There is a separate, combined lounge dining area overlooking the garden which is great for entertaining. We enjoyed going up and down the carpeted stairs to the upper levels, as it was a novelty for us, however this might not suit someone with mobility challenges. We loved staying in this AirBnB and thought the amenities were better than most five star hotels. We would definitely book again.

Very nice place, stayed as we were going to a family wedding, Ian was very helpful when asking how close to the venue, very quick at responding and the house felt like a home, would deffinately reccomend

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

Had a fantastic stay here. A family of 4 (2 teen boys), my brother in law and 2 dogs. Great location - an easy walk into town and very quiet too. The host was super helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds in particular were extremely comfortable - lovely fresh, clean and crisp white linen. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Whitby.

Loved our stay, it was even nicer in person than the photos! Beautiful property with gorgeous decor, tonnes of space, the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils etc. Smooth check in and easy walk into the town centre :)

There were a few lovely surprises here. The huge shared garden space was a delight. Very peaceful and my dog was delighted to lie in the grass all day. The cafe next door was very pleasant and parking was easy.

Fantastic place to stay, very central, extremely clean and well equipped. Host was very communicative even giving us a location of a super market we could stop at on our way so we weren’t hunting for one. Felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this host if you are heading to York.

The apartment was very well placed, clean & tidy. Beautiful kitchen & large tv. Felt at home straight away. Whitby was so busy we couldn't use the W parking zone. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would definitely use again. Plenty of amenities nearby, breakfast next door is recommended. Brilliant holiday.

The accommodation was just as described clean an well decorated. Close to the harbour an shops , if I needed anything I only had to ask . I would highly recommend this property. So glad I found this on air bnb

Diane’s apartment was delightful. Tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. It was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed for our stay and is the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in. It is conveniently situated in the centre of Malton with a designated parking space. The only thing we might say is that, if you have a big vehicle, parking can be a bit tight. Thank you Diane.

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. Ideal location within 15 minutes walking of everything you want to do within the city centre. Perfect base for exploring. Secure, private parking an added bonus. Apartment had everything needed for any length of stay and was a clean comfortable space for relaxing at the end of busy days exploring. Hosts were super helpful, proactively recommending places to eat/drink and things to do and all communications were quick and easy.
