The house is located with approx. 200 meters to the water via a small path and, 100 m to the forest and 1 km to shopping and restaurant. The cottage was built in 2021, the kitchen is in open connection with the living room and with the large glass section to the garden there is a unique view, there are two good double bedrooms, an office with sofa bed and cot, as well as 1 bathroom with underfloor heating.

Beautiful old fisherman's house.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. On the ground floor is a practical entrance, living room, kitchen, and the door to the terrace. The first floor has a nice room, with a double bed, and a closet for the wardrobe. In addition, you get a bright bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is good free parking.

Welcome to our cozy, small and charming cottage! There are two bedrooms and a children's room in the house. There is a west-facing terrace where you can dine and enjoy the evening sun. On the east side of the house is a covered terrace with table and chairs, where breakfast and the sun can be enjoyed well into the morning. And just 150 meters away is the sea, so you can take a dip as often as you like. Welcome!

Kick back and relax in this stylish space. The cottage has been completely renovated and put on sale. But until the right buyer shows up, we think it's a shame that others should not be able to enjoy this lovely house. It's fully furnished, but there may be some small things missing here and there. But it's super cozy and you'll definitely find the most common - at a good price.
