The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 with new windows, floors with underfloor heating, new kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing dryer. The apartment is bright and cozy within walking distance to everything and only 750 meters from Slagelse Station. Shared park-like garden for the use of the 7 apartments in the property. Free parking available on the street. Apartment is rented with all kitchen fixtures and electrical appliances as well as various necessities. Minimum stay is 28 days.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Indbydende sommerhus med to værelser, stort køkkenalrum, badeværelse med spa, solrige terasser; - beliggende højt i terræn med masser af sol med glimt til Storebæltsbroen. 750 m til dejlig og børnevenlig badestrand. I området er der masser af dyreliv; først og sidst på sæsonen er der gode muligheder for at se råvildt i haven. Da vi holder meget af dyrelivet er dele af haven overladt til sig selv. Sommerhuset er beliggende for enden af en lukket vej. Vi har også sandkasse og gynge til børn.

Fantastic beachouse

Beachhouse directly on the beach, 10 meters from the sea. 84,5 sqm. You will love the view! Modern interior. 10 minutes walk to the small harbour Mullerup Havn with a traditional diner. 80 minutes drive to downtown Copenhagen. In the months of July and August, we only rent out the house in 14-day periods.
