Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The Caretaker

Welcome to a historic environment with exclusive solutions. The old school was erected almost 100 years ago and the apartment then constituted the residence of the caretaker's family. The apartment consists of an entryway, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment has a thoughtful floor plan with high ceilings, old-fashioned pantry and large wardrobe, which has been renovated with sustainable solutions. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified beddings. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the middle of the Bjäre Peninsula. Here it is close to both nature and golf course. The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

Guest house with fantastic views close to nature

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

A stone's throw from Mellbystrand, Skummeslövs beach, Laholm and Kungsbyggets Adventure Park. Two minutes to the E6 and you are in Båstad or Halmstad in 15 minutes. Lovely place, all year round!
