The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space where you can see from the bedroom. We will place comfortable beds of 2.20 with slats according to the guests' wishes. There is a modern practical kitchen, coffee, tea and everything you need to cook. We don't have TV, but you can borrow books and magazines or crack crosswords. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. In winter we heat with air conditioning and that's enough, the house is well insulated. You set the temperature yourself. It's usually a little less in the room.

In the summer you can taste barefoot or enjoy the warmly cool river water in the canyons, or take advantage of the 300m-long bridge over the river. Transportation waiting for you here: WiFi, water, shower, equipped kitchen, TV, just a toilet is a short drive to a wooden house (dry toilet). You'll sleep in a cozy bedroom with a full glass screen overlooking the lips. You may also see a grain on your morning pasture right from the bed.

We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

In the wider surroundings, there is also Svojanov Castle, Zubštejn, Aueršperk, Svratka, Devět skal, Pohledecká skála.... Well-marked cycling (excellent terrain) and hiking trails. The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
