We didn’t get to meet Elizabeta but were warmly welcomed and given a run down over the phone. Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Stayed nice and cool inside even without the AC on. Easy street parking and not far into town. Would happily recommend

Peaceful location 15 minuted from the ski center. Dimitris and his wife made us feel like home.

Both Nikos and Maria incredibly helpful !! Easy access and the wagon in an incredible spot for relaxation and with a large pet garden! They also sent us a map of things to do in the area! We had a great time! Thank you so much for everything!

Awesome house for a big family , not even in Athens I have such a house ,warm ,big space outside for the children to play. The village is small has nothing but it is close to all the surrounding areas. The house provides you with everything you say and you provide your house as a relative at least so I felt..

The location is gorgeous, located in a quiet village next to the small lake. We stayed a couple with our dog. The house is that I dream of a dwelling! It consists of an open plan space and is equipped with everything we needed. The only negative I would say was the water pressure in the bathroom (we had read it and expected it) so it takes a little patience to complete the process especially for someone with thick hair like me :) The area has a lot to see and anything that may arise is in the nearby villages, eg pharmacy, market, gas station, bakery, taverns etc. Overall our experience was very good and I hope we can come back in the future!

We stayed two families of four. We didn't miss a tpt. Everything was impeccable. Perfect home very close to the ski resort. Mr. Dimitris is very kind and willing to help us. Everything was great.!

The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and within walking distance from the center. It's close to the main road, but it's not disruptive. Parking was no problem. Ilche is very accommodating and has helped us with our car issues, for which we thank him. If you're missing something or need help, don't hesitate to ask for it.

Summary: Superb experience! Maria's place is wonderful, situated in the centre of Agios Germanos, a lovely mountain village nestled above the Prespa Lakes. The property is located next to a little stream and one minute walk to the local Taverna. Maria and Thanos are perfect hosts, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Once you walk through the gate into their courtyard, you find yourself in a quiet little oasis with a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was lovely, a main apartment split onto two levels, spotlessly clean with everything you need plus some welcome gifts. Other breakout spaces on the property were also available to use, e.g. an outdoor kitchen and dining area and lounge room supplied with drinks. We had breakfast on the lawn every day and Maria makes delicious local savoury pies and cakes. They also have an organic vegetable garden behind the main property where they grow just about anything you can think of. We were invited to fill a basket with aubergine, spring onion, courgettes, beans, potatoes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes ... The Prespa Lakes area is a paradise for nature lovers. Bird watching, hiking, boat tours on the Great Prespa Lake, or just a picnic next to one of the little streams. All this in a spectacular landscape of a tranquility that has become so rare in our days... And the nights are fresh, even in the hot Greek summer, so good sleep is guaranteed! If you want to reset and reconnect with nature, this is the place to be.
