This place was absolutely what we expected - cozy, quiet and quiet, nice hosts and not too far from Simrishamn! The room was clean and fresh and the breakfast was very good. Should we go back to Simrishamn, we would love to stay here again. :)

Kerstin and her Sami husband have renovated an old Skånegård after they retire as an agronomist at a university in Stockholm. They are nice, helpful and very open people. The rooms are nice, newly renovated with a small terrace for each with evening sun where you can gaze out over a beautiful forest area. The five rooms share three toilets, but only one (very large) bathroom. It was no problem for us, but might be a challenge at full house. Inside, we had a weak mobile connection. It is therefore nice to have an excellent wifi network. Kerstin and her husband are nice to suggest activities, sightseeing, restaurants, etc., as well as books, maps and brochures about the area. In the barn, where you also eat breakfast, Kerstin runs a small cafe with changing art exhibitions. Kerstin makes an excellent breakfast with everything you could want and also offers to make light lunch and dinner which can be important as there - at least outside the summer season - can be quite a long way to open dining. However, we found a few. In Lövestad, the nearest small town, there is a reasonably well assorted ICA, and there are kitchen facilities for guests to cook for themselves. All in all a recommendable and extremely comfortable stay! Thanks to you two!

Such a beautiful location and interesting historic building. Diana was so welcoming and it was lovely to hear the history of the house and her family. The location is pretty magical with the beach so close and we were really comfortable in a cosy room. We really enjoyed the whole experience ☺️

We had a lovely stay at the house and it was so cosy and fresh! The bedroom was super nice, breakfast was so good and loved sitting outside in their beautiful garden. They were soo friendly and cool as well! Can really recommend!

Idyllic bracket in this air bnb. The house is perfectly maintained and warm. Exchanges with our host were very fluid. We felt at home. The decoration and furniture are particularly neat and testify to the history of this beautiful home. We had the pleasant surprise of finding in the room of old books including "Corinne" by Madame de Staël written in our native language. The accommodation is ideally located (close to the sea and only a few meters from the church håslövs which must be seen if you are passing through the area and whose architecture is extraordinary). Breakfast was delicious and very hearty. We recommend this air bnb without hesitation!

Comfortable beds, cozy environment, calm and quiet. I have nothing but good to say about this place and hosting.

The four of us spent one night in Anna-Maria's wonderful house and felt really comfortable. We liked the enchanted garden very much and the house with all its physical little details is really a special piece of jewelry, we couldn't get enough of it. The warm tiled stove has made the homely atmosphere perfect. Anna-Maria responded very quickly to our messages and gave us great tips for the area -- thank you very much, we'd love to come back!

We were very warmly welcomed by Marlise and she showed us all the premises. The kitchen is huge and you can prepare something here in peace. Rich individual breakfast and also some personal words in between. It's a shame we only spent one night there on the way through. The old "poor house" is very stylishly renovated and furnished.

Very nice stay. We were well received. Very friendly people. Breakfast was well arranged. We had to leave very early and in the evening they came to bring all the necessities. Wonderful beds and everything was perfect! Thank you for us. 😊

Everything was perfect. Easy to find, super clean, wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed etc. The place is huge and we were there alone which was good but my girlfriend felt a bit scared at night :D

A cosy place in a small village, a great room, hot showers, and a well- equipped kitchen that you can use. It was a great stay and would recommend to everyone!

We are super happy with our four days at Hugos Gränd, and can highly recommend this accommodation. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We would have loved to stay longer!

Linda's place was great. Linda has great communication and recommended interesting places nearby, including the beach. Unfortunately, we didn't notice on the listing that it was an apartment without a kitchen, but Lindy's husband flexibly offered us another house to move to when we arrived. There was already a kitchen, and we thank you for that. We were only here for one night before boarding the ferry in Trelleborg, but it was still a nice afternoon and night.

For me a perfect accommodation. Peaceful and nice. Very good breakfast.
