The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Apartment Nika occupies first floor of a family house,consisting of 3 bedrooms, bathroom with washing maschine,kitchen and living area from which you can enjoy in beautiful view and perfect sunset. Entrance to the apartment is over the small terrace which has table and chairs on it, so you can enjoy your morning coffee or have a breakfast. In front of the house there is direct access to the sea. There's no vehicle traffic on the island, therefore it's perfect for families with children.
