The chalet is exactly as described in the listing. It is very nice, cozy and practical. Everything was thought of and we were completely satisfied. Contact with Francesca was straightforward and reliable.

We had a nice stay. Very pleasantly welcomed….Everything nice and clean and tidy. Lots of private and a nice garden at your disposal. Close to downtown , restaurants and shops The 2nd bedroom, outside to reach, was a bit small compared to the master bedroom.

We had a wonderful time in Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely true. The children had great pleasure swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be at the beautiful beach with a nice beach bar. (It should be mentioned that one section is a dog beach. For our children, it was a great pleasure to meet so many friendly dogs. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many sights (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. Very nice accommodation in a bush environment. Had a wonderful weekend with friends, with all the comforts. Private terrace with fire basket. Friendly communication with Denise. Highly recommend.

A very cozy apartment with ample parking and we were able to park our bicycles in the barn. Hot tub and sauna are heated with wood and so you have to plan 4 hours for the hot tub if you heat it up for the first time. The next day, it's much faster. The water is changed on request. The sauna takes about 1 hour to heat up. We felt very comfortable at the place. We especially enjoyed the tranquility. Everything you need is there, although: A clothes rack would be good and a larger bowl for salad in the kitchen. (But that's complaining at a high level ;-) ) Harlingen is about 10 km by bike and Franeker is about 16 km. Everything is easily accessible by bike. The hosts are super nice and helpful.

Lovely little cottage right on the water. The house is exactly as described, perfectly clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic, right on the water but also with a small pool that our children delighted in. A fun canoe and boat to take a tour around the surrounding waters. Highly recommend for a peaceful few days with children.

Love this place, if you driving in Netherlands, then this place is perfect. You can easily reach Amsterdam and Volendam by car from here. Recommended!

We spontaneously booked the accommodation for four nights as a family with two children (14 and 16 years) and immediately had a very nice contact with the hosts. The cottage is accessible by a boat, with which we made great excursions in beautiful nature to the lake. It was a wonderful living close to nature with great relaxation and lots of fun also for the kids. Highly recommend!

Our family (3 kids 9-13) really enjoyed staying at Elisabeth’s home. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and an easy walk to the village for shopping, dining and necessities.

We enjoyed staying with Jaqueline and Nico very much. An enchanting cottage with everything you need and beyond! Even boat and bikes were present. Jaqueline and Nico were very nice hosts who always responded quickly and constructively to questions and took care of them. We will be happy to come back.

A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

Patriza's place is quite suitable for 6 people. It is very spacious in the living area, the kitchen was very well equipped, via microwave, oven, kettle…etc. everything was available. Outside, the terrace offers a beautiful view of the water, and a private jetty is another highlight. We had a lovely time with the family in this well-kept place. Everything was great!!

We had a very nice weekend in the accommodation and would come back every time. Lindsey was very friendly and we felt like at home. The tips were helpful, Alkmaar and the sea were quick to reach. Thank you so much for having us

A very cozy cottage with everything you need and much more. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the beach is within walking distance. There are many nice beach bars!

This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

Carina’s beach home was lovely. It was right next to the grocery store and less than 5 minutes to the beach and many restaurants. It is also right at the start of the tulip parade which we came for (super convenient with our small children!). It is near several tulip farms as well. It was super convenient. The outdoor space was private, the apartment was clean, and it had plenty of room. The beds were soft and the location was surprisingly quiet. We all were able to sleep in! Carina was super kind and allowed us to check in a little early. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend

We had a great holiday in this house. The house is great in terms of amenities,look and garden and suitable for two families. The surroundings are beautiful and for active people who also want to walk or cycle. Clear recommendation 🙌🏻

Mijntje was a great host with fantastic communication before and during the stay. We loved the interior style of the house, the little garden and the neighbourhood. It was super stylish, yet cozy. :-) Little tip: During the cold season make sure you have some slippers with you, as the flooring is partly made of concrete.
