Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

The house is located at the bottom of a dead end street and with walking distance to the village's various activities such as tennis court, outdoor gym, padel court, swimming area and playground. In the house there are 4 sleeping places divided into 2 larger bedrooms, the other with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All beds are purchased in 2021. The cottage has salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spa nearby. 15 minutes by car to Sjöbo.
