The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking trees, fields, and cow garden. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Close to Stenshuvet National Park, Mandelmann's gardens and two amazing golf courses. A minute walk to beach and harbor but also to bus stop with good transport links to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for those who want lazy days but also for those who want to have wonderful nature experiences.

An imaginative home right by the sandy beach on the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility should be placed in one place, this is it. Here, fantastic walking and biking paths await just outside the door. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that transcends in the beautiful "Grönet" which offers both lovely swimming at cliffs or quiet, peaceful walks along the sea. If you take you north, a lovely footpath to the picturesque Simrishamn awaits.

Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the kids bathing from the rocks, or simply enjoy the sound and sight of waves and study the ships that flow slowly by.

The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!
