Jayne’s place was everything we needed. And positioned really well on the island. Walking distance to Mullet Bay. Short drive to Maho. Would absolutely return.

Villa Flamingo was absolutely perfect! Even better than the photos. It was roomy, clean, extremely well appointed and Christine was a dream to communicate with. Alexandre was also very helpful and stopped in upon our arrival to make sure everything was okay. Everything we needed for our stay was there, including items we didn't expect, such as beach accessories and snorkels! The kitchen had all the equipment needed and some helpful basics such as salt/pepper/oil/coffee. The location is perfect since we had a view of the ocean, which was a two minute walk, and the Orient Bay courtyard with its restaurants and shops meant we never needed to use our car! It was nice to have real people nearby as we had quick answers to real-time questions. We will definitely be back and can't imagine staying anywhere but in their properties.

Steps from the beach, steps from the bars, steps from the best restaurants. What else could you ask for? This ground-floor apartment is super aesthetic, spacious, and had a private backyard area. I briefly considered moving in and forwarding my mail.

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of amazing! The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly speechless. Every morning, we woke up to the most stunning scenery, making it the perfect escape. The villa itself was a solid 5/5—beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable and luxurious. A special shoutout to Danielle, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She was so kind, helpful, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The only small downsides were that the Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong, and there was some construction on the beach in front of the villa in the mornings, which woke us up. But honestly, everything else was so incredible that it didn’t take away from the experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a breathtaking and unforgettable getaway

Rose is a great host, responsive, and always attentive , the apartment is just beautiful with a great view , long more beautiful in real life than in the photos ,super well placed if you go on both sides of the island , nearby shop on foot , it was a huge pleasure to stay and I will go back again and again

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

Prior to our arrival Marie had texted me with complete instructions for our arrival to the Nettle Bay Beach Club location. Marie took time in showing us around the 2 homes. Both homes were completely updated and very nicely furnished. Very clean, bright and airy. Modern appliances fully stocked kitchen cabinets with crockery and all. Marie was very thorough in also sharing local dining options and local vendors. Our family stayed here very comfortably here for 1 week. The Nettle Bay Beach Club is a clean and modern private (gated) community with private pools. A beautiful resort that is 15 minutes from SXM airport. Close to grocery and convenience stores. Thank you Marie so much for being such a wonderful host.

Very nice stay in Jérôme's home. Clean and very pleasant accommodation with the pool. One of the best places to stay on the island: safe, good little restaurants nearby and a friendly little grocery store. Jerome responded very quickly to our questions. A special mention to Harold who welcomed us very warmly on site and was helpful throughout our stay.

Karine’s directions were amazing. Condo was perfect for us. View from balcony and hot tub were great. She was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend. We did drive to Orient Beach as that was too far to walk for us but we knew that prior to booking.

The apartment is a perfect size for a couple with a large balcony and a breathtaking view. When we had questions and concerns Anna and Ash were available for help. All in all a great vacation. The only thing that worth mentioning that TV was not working but it actually made us spend more time outside and in the sun 🌞😀

This was the most amazing place we've ever stayed at! Tibo was incredible, and even brought me a chair when he saw me laying on a towel in the sand. This was our 25th anniversary trip, and it could not have been more perfect! We felt right at home in Tibo's place! The location is exactly what you see in the pictures! In fact, everyone on the beach came up to see it. It was that beautiful! 12/10 recommend!!!!

Had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s. Would love to come back. The place is exactly as the pictures and description show. Beautiful view of the ocean and less than 50 yards to the beach. We didn’t spend much time on Simpson Beach due to the winds but the location was very convenient for bouncing around across the island. Sylvia the property manager met us when we arrived, walked us through everything, and gave some local advice. She’s very sweet and was very responsive anytime we needed something. Thank you for having us!

Minerva was an amazing host. She was always available for help and questions and was so warm and sociable. Her place and her personality created the perfect vacation getaway. The view and the layout of the apartment was great. So roomy. Kitchen had everything we needed to do our own cooking. Great on the shore stay, with the sound of the Mediterranean breaking on the rocks below. The constant ocean breeze made the 29 C pleasant. La Vue was the perfect location for our week long vacation for five of us. We fell in love with Indigo Bay! The house was perfect and Justyna reached out to make sure we were happy and sought out our feedback to make sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived there was a bouquet of balloons for my Husband’s Birthday waiting in the living room plus a bottle of sparkling wine and some snacks! Waking up every morning to that view is something we will miss. We would open up the windows all the way and felt the beautiful breezes each morning. We cooked at home multiple times and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and dishes. We also had a private chef, Maxim who came in with his assistant Emile. They were so nice and the food was almost too pretty to eat, almost! We also went to the Indigo Bay Beach Restaurant multiple times. The food and service were amazing! It was perfect and we will be back! Thank you Justyna for sharing your beautiful home!

Melinda’s ocean front house is just as lovely as the pictures! The location is fantastic, and lots of exceptional restaurants are just a brief trek down the gorgeous beach. The house is generously appointed and had everything we needed. Getting in and out of the parking spots can be entertaining, but it became easier each time and we learned that drivers on the road would generally stop to allow us to back out safely. That being said, having a parking spot is a huge plus in Grand Case. We loved the orientation of the house because we could always find shade on our terrace, or choose full sun if we wanted it. The views are just wonderful to wake up to. Most of our interactions were with Melinda’s husband Ian, who was kind enough to meet us at check-in and to tour us through the house and explain various things to know. He was punctual, friendly, and a good communicator. In summary - A fantastic week! 5 stars all the way! We hope to return!!

Amazing place to stay in the island! Plenty of space for 12 adults. Breath taking views day and night!!

Great place if you have a large group of people. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor kitchen and dining area is great for gatherings. Alain is responsive and will help with anything you need while staying at his place.

The pictures do not do this house justice. From the open-air concept of the house to the stunning views off the back deck. You will not be disappointed with renting this villa. The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

Jackie's place is just perfect! The location is great for walking to many restaurants, bars and markets. Being able to walk right off the back porch to access the beach and pool is wonderful also!
