Monthly Rentals in Simpson Bay Beach

Beautiful unit right on the beach, with a very responsive host. Loved the marine decor. The furniture was comfortable including the bed. And the unit was prepped with a few unexpected drinks and snacks. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Jolanda!

We had a great experience at Simona's place. We were unsure of the location at first as it is tucked into a neighborhood. The building was so accessible, once we got used to it. The beach was so close and we walked it every morning. Discovered the greatest restaurant where we ate three times! Fabulous food and it is right on the beach...Mary's Boon. We took many day trips so this location was quite convenient. Simona's place is decorated so nicely, a true reflection of the island. Super clean with lots of room for all of our belongings. We highly recommend staying here . We always felt safe in the area. First time to Sint Marteen and Saint Martin. We LOVED the island and people!

Beautiful, light, peaceful airy place right on beach. There's nothing like walking right onto beach every day! Thoughtful amenities like blender, toaster oven, electric tea kettle. Lovely balcony. Thoughtful offering tubes, noodles and umbrellas for guest use. Responsive, friendly hosts. These little touches made the stay wonderful for our first time in sxm. Thank you!

Literally Steps away from the beach, great location on one of the best beaches (Simpson bay) in Sint Maarten, location was perfect for us, walking distance to many things but do highly recommend a car rental too explore the many thing the Island has to offer. As for the unit it was perfect for my wife and I for our 4 week stay, everything we needed to make it feel like home. Exactly as described in listing and like the fact it had a bar-b on the rooftop deck which was fantastic for watching the airplanes coming and going as well as the beautiful sunsets. Mark and Roshitha were fantastic to deal with and very responsive when needed with a wealth of info on the Island. Very hard to leave after a 4 week stay and will 100% rent from again.
