Renovated farmhouse with barn from 1901, formerly known as the "Kleine Pastory". The name of the B&B "in het Land van Kalk" refers to the various lime kilns in the area. An old Kundersteen quarry from bygone times, is 200 meters from our B&B. Voerendaal is the gateway to the Limburg hills. The walks are beautiful. For cyclists, the routes are a Walhalla. The Amstel Gold Race and Limburgs Mooiste are two of the most famous cycling races that pass by our backyard.

In fifteen minutes you are in historic Aachen and the brewing village of Gulpen, and within 35 minutes you are at the Vrijthof of Maastricht. A comfortable base for walks, bike rides and excursions. Renovated studio apartment (granny flat) of 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single/double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in feel-good shower, sink and toilet. The access to our guest apartment is located off the road and leads over our courtyard.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

It is a lovely complete comfortable home and equipped with every comfort and energy efficient. We provide a carefree holiday feeling. The house is located on a spacious plot in a very relaxed environment. The terrace is spacious in design and chairs and sunbeds are ample.
