Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Simmerath

We felt very comfortable in Christina's house. The amenities are very high quality and thoughtful. We were particularly pleased that the dog was able to come along and that there were so many games for the kids. You can also quickly walk down to the lake or walk a bit into the forest, from where you have a beautiful view of Lake Rur. We highly recommend taking the boat across the lake - you can get off and back at the stops. After checking out, we had an exchange with Christina because of an ambiguity and that was very friendly and transparent at all times. Therefore, we can fully recommend not only the house, but also the landlady:-)

We had a very nice week in Roch's house. Nice reception and explanation upon arrival. Good luck with beautiful summer weather so we could greatly enjoy the garden and even the BBQ. Unprecedented for spring! The house is in a wonderfully quiet area from which we made beautiful walks and mountain bike tours. We could store the bikes nicely in the shed. The house has a nice kitchen and the beautiful decor makes you feel at home quickly and the beds sleep wonderfully! Definitely recommended for anyone who likes to seek tranquility and enjoy the green surroundings. We have enjoyed it!

A wonderful place from where you can explore southern Limburg. Every day a concert of birds in the garden, a cozy pallet stove, clean bathroom and nice beds. Friendly host, welcoming and everything well taken care of. We enjoyed it!

The four of us had a super nice weekend! The place was very nice, clean and cozy. Being able to BBQ outside was very nice. Two small problems we had were solved right away, so the contact with the host was great! Would definitely recommend this airbnb for a nice time in Malmedy.

We spent an extended weekend in Uta's Apartment Monschau in Monschau. The apartment is in the middle of the old town; public parking, restaurants, bakery and the sights are within walking distance. However, food for self-catering must be obtained outside the old town and is not within walking distance. The apartment itself is perfectly furnished for two people; very tasteful and furnished with a lot of love for detail and very clean. We would have liked to have stayed longer!

A pristine and charming home in the immediate vicinity of Phantasialand. The house is in a very quiet and green residential area with a large garden. The equipment is complete and of quality. A great place that we recommend without hesitation!

We felt very comfortable right away. The location: Almost in the middle of the countryside and yet you are right in the city and have everything you need. The apartment is comfortably furnished, clean and you have everything you need. Also suitable for young children. Many thanks for everything!

Everything is great! Unfortunately we only had 3 nights and would have liked to have stayed longer. Beautiful apartment with a small terrace and fantastic views. Lots of greenery and absolute tranquility, wonderful hiking opportunities and the proximity to Bad Münstereifel. We will be back!!! Small suggestion for the parking description: Instead: "next to the courtyard driveway" better: in front of the courtyard driveway, on the road on the green strip. We first drove in, then only found the meadow in front of the clothes dryer and initially parked there with a clear conscience;-) We only discovered the sign on the street later and then of course like to park around. It took a rib from our body this stay, but we got a lot in return. A rooftop terrace for the hot days and two heaters for the cold. We understand that the owner also regularly uses the place himself and that is noticeable. In terms of cooking utensils, bed linen, blankets for the sofa... everything is correct. The apartment actually feels like a home away from home and in that regard we would definitely love to come back!

Staying at Kai's was wonderful, couldn't have been better! Everything was clean and tidy. A high on Kai's friendly cleaner🥳👍.

Our family weekend with 12 people was a great success, partly thanks to Natacha's fantastic Airbnb. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by her father, who showed us around the spacious and clean accommodation. We were amazed time and time again by the size and cleanliness of the house. The facilities were perfect for a stay with a large group – especially the professional hospitality kitchen, which made cooking for 12 people a lot easier. We warmly recommend this location!

Enjoy in the Mosel/Eifel! We had a wonderful week here with a company with children and dog. The house was spacious, light, well furnished and full of pleasant facilities. Both inside and out delicious dining with the region's characteristic riesling wines and a delicious barbecue for meat and fish. No shortage of wellness. Choice between swimming pool, jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. Inside a very spacious kitchen which is wonderful for larger groups. For hiking, mountain biking or by road bike, there were beautiful rounds to make. A great stay!

We felt very comfortable with Jeremy and Linda. Everything worked out perfectly and Linda was available at any time. We were with the family / children and dogs in Belgium and we really liked the accommodation. It was clean and everything straightforward. We would come back.

Very nice hosts and a house with fantastic outdoor area and absolute feel-good factor!!! Unfortunately, only the surroundings do not give very much. Overall, however, a perfect stay. Clear recommendation!

It is a perfect get-away location for friends who like to have an active vacation!
