Gilberto was a great host and his place provided us with a great experience! The place is very quiet! Ideal for those who want to get away from the urban environment and have a beautiful tennis court right in front of their suite! The mini suites are cozy and clean! The other spaces are shared, complete and clean! Nearby a beautiful landscape of great standard farms, a beautiful lake and good walks for a walk. It was a very pleasant stay!

The accommodation was great. We spent the Carnival period with the family and it was great for resting. The house is according to the photos, beautiful and is very clean and organized. The city is very well equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. For those who do not like clarity, I recommend carrying a mask to sleep, as the curtains are not black-out. Villa was super solicitation and kindly receiving us and in all the conversations we had. We had a power outage the first day and she promptly opened call with the company. The place is beautiful and very quiet. The children loved it! We will certainly return again and refer to others.

We liked the house very much, the stay was super quiet. The Aunts of Ericka, the hosts who welcomed us, were very affectionate and attentive to us. i recommend it, and we will be back for sure.

Once again we stayed at Casa da Matinha and felt at home. The House is otima and the amazing view. Very close to markets and access to the city. O Casa needs some maintenance, but nothing that hinders the stay. Gustavo is a great host and Dudu welcomed us very well. Very friendly and attentive. We'll be back soon!

The house is even better than in photos! It was clean, smelling and organized to welcome us. Fernando responded super quickly my messages and still left a treat for us in the refrigerator, rs. Good to know: the house has many stairs and can be a bit dangerous for very young children. We were with a 1 and a half year old and everything went well because we paid attention to her all the time. Other than that, the house is well equipped, with a beautiful view, working sauna, everything perfect! Also, the condominium has a leisure area and also a restaurant that breaks the twig a lot (great cost-benefit), since you can't order anything by ifood. Hope to be back soon!

Thiago's house was a great weekend option with the family to celebrate my birthday. The place is very functional for an intimate barbecue, with good structure and pool. It was great for dogs as well. Communication was easy with Carolina. We wanted to go back!

Wonderful stay!

I and my family spent a great weekend at the residence of Gabriel and his father. Almir received us at the check in very cordially, we had a delay in arrival and he was very kind to reassure me until I arrived at the property. The house is very nice and cozy, everything clean and organized. I felt at home. It has a wonderful exterior area, my family liked it very much. The swimming pool was ready to be used from the first moment we arrived. The house is right at the corner of the square of Sebollas, a very pleasant place with great dining options, including a restaurant with wood oven, grocery and produce with everything we needed. Right in front of the house there is a church and next to the Sacro Histórico de Tiradentes museum. The Inconfidência Winery is also close to the site. It was a wonderful weekend as a family! I thank Mr. Almir and his son Gabriel!

We were extremely well received. They left a complimentary coffee, with a muffin and the table set. The house was very clean, organized. That grandma's house feel, very cozy. The hosts are very attentive, responsive and provided all the necessary support. Excellent experience. I highly recommend it!

My second time in this house that needs no comment, because when the guest returns it is because they liked it very much. Tatiana also makes all the difference in service, reception and flexibility! Everything was perfect!

Leonardo is very attentive and has always been available for everything we need. The house is great, everything was clean. The location shown on the listing map does not match that of the house. As we went to a birthday in Corrêas ended up getting farther than anticipated, but as Leonardo was very requested and the house was as advertised, this was not an issue, but it needs to be fixed in the listing. The road that gives access to the house is dirt and is bumpy, but it is a small stretch, about 300 meters from the main road. Overall, the stay was great, the host always responded quickly, and the house is perfect for groups to spend the weekend.

We stayed 3 nights with 20 people, it was comfortable for everyone, with more than enough bathroom. The house is great and the host very helpful. We haven't had a problem at any time

The location is excellent, with several delivery services such as supermarket, hortifruti, pharmacy and even a bakery that delivers fresh bread in the morning. The place is surrounded by nature, has a wonderful pool and the surrounding area is simply charming. We greatly thank the host Luis Henrique, always on hand to help us, very polite and helpful. We would also like to highlight the affection and attention of Dona Elvira and Guilherme, who treated us with great welcoming and sympathy. Our stay was excellent, no problem at all. Kasinhola is in a charming and quiet location, we connect with nature. It is easily accessible and close to good restaurants. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, barbecue, bed and bath, we didn't want for anything. Carla and her parents are sweethearts. They welcomed us as if we were family, we felt at home. Our stay was brief, but it's worth more time to enjoy. God willing we will be back.

We were in a group of 3 couples and 3 children and were very well received by the house staff. The listing photos are accurate. The house is beautiful and very well decorated, it is on top of a mountain with an exuberant view. The place is quiet and safe, as it is inside a condominium with security. The city of Areal is a 20-minute drive and there is a BRAMIL supermarket, I recommend bringing the main items from your city, compared to the prices in RJ, in Areal the bill is more expensive. Inside the house there is no lack of structure, all rooms with air-conditioning, good and soft beds, well-equipped kitchen. We felt at home during our stay!
