Monthly Rentals in Simantro

Very nice room with amazing views of the lake and the city of Kastoria. The bathroom is very clean that is one of the most important elements like the towels. The mattress on the bed in my opinion needs to be replaced because it was very sinking and it was not comfortable and also one heater did not work but without affecting the heat in the space. The kitchen has a window to the left that you can see the lake and the city again and generally it was ok. The neighborhood very quiet ,it has parking in front of the house right.

The house is just perfect! Helen and Nick were very friendly hosts. The house is just like the pictures and even better. It was very warm and comfy. The kitchen fully equipped, they had even breakfast food waiting for us. The surroundings are very peaceful and private, the view is breathtaking. You have the view to the lake from both the bedroom and the living room. We enjoyed having our breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in front of the fireplace in the night! We will surely return. Super grateful for the hospitality to Helen and Nick

Nice place , clean everything, stop for urban very close, very friendly host with good service , for people who want to stay due to school or for company (and not) very good choice.

A beautiful house with all the facilities. We went to two families with 4 children 4 months old, 1.5 years old and 5 and we really didn't miss anything ! Very kind both hosts and Mr. Christos who welcomed us! 20 minutes from Kastoria and to the point where you can easily visit Florina, Prespes and other destinations. The tranquility of the village alone rested us. It is worth large groups and families to visit and will have a very beautiful memory like us !
