We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

Wolfers Cottage is een Tiny House gelegen aan de rand van het bos nabij landgoed Het Zand Hattemer Oldenburger gelegen in de Achterhoek tussen Ruurlo, Zelhem, Halle en Hengelo Gld. De omgeving is rustig en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers met het karakteristieke coulissen landschap met veel afwisseling. De ruime bospaden nodigen uit voor wandelingen en fietstochten naar bijvoorbeeld Ruurlo met het kasteel, waarin het museum voor Modern Realisme MORE is gevestigd met de collectie van Karel Willink.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

The residence is well insulated, has plenty of light, is stylishly decorated, and you have access to a large garden of about 800 square meters with shade and sun. Beautiful cycling environment and nice places to visit; 10 minutes away: Doesburg/ Bronkhorst/ Vorden/ Zutphen/ Doetinchem. Arnhem is 20 minutes away. Bikes can be charged in our shed.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Welcome to our forest cottage, perfect for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Achterhoek. Here you will find everything you need to unwind completely. Located on a small-scale forest park, right on the Pieterpad and Landgoed 't Zand. A 375-hectare nature reserve with mainly forest, interspersed with heath, fens and sandy paths in Zelhem, the Green Heart of the Achterhoek. The perfect base for an adventurous hiking or cycling holiday or just nothing at all.

Our beautiful, light-filled attic apartment overlooking the countryside invites you to a short stop or a longer stay in the beautiful town of Bocholt! With her 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and walk from here in 15 minutes on foot in the city center. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "bikes"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute walk away. Smoking is prohibited!

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove and of course in the sauna on cold evenings. Our horses run in the meadow in front of the garden, and our chickens also run loose in the garden.
