Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Siletz River

The property was exactly what I anticipated! It was cozy, cute, and right on the beach! The views were incredible. When we arrived access was quick and easy and the property was spotless. It was great to have access to the garage so we could store our bikes safely while exploring the area. This was a great rental.

This was our second time staying at this house and my family all agrees that when it comes to value you really can't do better than this place! Though it could use a little updating and TLC (our 8-year old daughter got quite a few splinters from the deck and the railing) the location is great - easy access to the beach, It's pet-friendly, clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay Wally is very responsive and friendly. We've already booked our next stay here.

We had such a nice time. Our kids enjoyed it too. It’s a great location, and the house itself is laid out very well. The deck and outdoor chairs are new and enjoyable. The upstairs can get a little stuffy when it’s warm out, but Katie said she would bring a fan next time she’s there to leave at the house, so that should help. We would definitely come back

Great place to stay! Less than a one minute walk to the beach. Close to shops, restaurants. House was fully stocked, including kid plates/silverware. Beware there are two sets of stairs (no baby gates) if you are traveling with small kids. There are plenty of kid toys and books, which my kids (1 and 4) loved! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely and private. The fully enclosed yard was perfect for my 2 Corgis. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked several meals, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is just wonderful. Very quiet and just a few minutes walk to the beach. We loved our morning and evening walks on the beach! I hope to return for another visit, we absolutely loved it.

Loved our stay here. The house has so much character and like so many have mentioned, it’s very well stocked with anything you may need to cook or bake, extra blankets and towels, and games. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s, all with varying degrees of these things, but Colin’s place was up there with availability of needs and comforts. Very responsive to our questions. The location is fantastic. Walkable to the brewery and local market. But also quiet and off the Main Street. Wound absolutely stay here again. And hope that we do.

If you're looking for an ocean view and an outdoor area to really enjoy it, this is the place. Large deck with BBQ, chairs, tables. Large picture windows facing the ocean if weather was inclement. Check in was easy. Kitchen was well provisioned and functional - and tight if more than one cook. Pictures matched the description. The staircase to the upstairs is narrow and there is no upstairs bathroom . Beds were comfortable. Access to the beach below is around the block and access could be challanging. Valerie was extremely responsive to all of inquiries and prompt with answers to our questions. There were 6 of us in our group and the house was comfortable with enough room for all.

Truly a “Grand View!” Watching the ocean from the house was a relaxing experience. The town of Neskowin is just down the road and the walk to the beach was beautiful. We loved having two levels to the home-it was perfect for our family with adult kids downstairs. Beds were so cozy and every possible item was available in the kitchen for some great meals.

The Sea View House was perfect for our small group. We were looking for a serene home near the coast that fit our budget and left us wanting for nothing. We found that in Nikki's place. She was great about addressing anything we needed promptly. The fact they were dog-friendly was important to us, and the living room and bedroom setups were spacious so that there was plenty of space for the dog beds and kennels on the floors. The neighbors were friendly and the walk down to the beach was so easy and close we went several times a day. The water spigot out front made it easy to rinse sand off each time we returned. Our friend who slept on the softa bed said it was comfortable and he got lots of much needed sleep. The other beds were also comfortable as well. We also appreciated the blinds in each room and all the little extras, like the bath salts and toiletries. Love to come back!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

Great homey and welcoming house. The view of the ocean was amazing. Great place to explore the coast north and south. House had everything we needed. Comfy beds! Thank you for letting us experience a wonderful setting on the coast!

We loved our stay at this cozy little place! As a parent of two small children who had stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, this is the most well stocked place we have ever stayed. My kids loved it and are asking to go back already. We had a couple hiccups during check in but Brandon and his team were responsive and quickly helped us solve the problems. We would love to come stay again. Oh, and the beds are comfy. Which you can’t say for all Airbnbs. ;) IYKYK

Great vacation spot, walkable to the beach and the bay. Family friendly and an overall great experience.

Wonderful place near enough to the beach to walk. Super easy check in and check out. The only small inconvenience is the cover for the hot tub doesn’t have a place to sit once you take it off, making balancing it a little awkward.

Perfect home and location for a vacation with extended family. Everyone loved the house!

The place was very nice- bigger than the pictures make it look and very well stocked with linens, games, toys, and kitchen things. We had a minor issue and they offered to send someone out the same day (which we didn’t need but appreciated). The only watchout is the dune in front of the house down to the beach is much steeper than it looks, so we had to walk a few houses down for beach access with kids- not a dealbreaker but not a straight shot walkout if you were expecting that.

Great stay at the coast. The home is very well decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the fire pit. Brad was an excellent host - communicating ahead of time about an amenity that had a mishap and offering a reasonable accommodation instead. Really enjoyed our time here!

Everything you need and then some. Love the split level—especially when traveling with two families. It’s nice to be together, but also have your own space. Also, so thoughtful to have items for the pups. This is walking distance of where our family crabs so it was the perfect location too!

We had a great time at this location. Perfect ocean views out the large windows. This house had everything you could need for a coast vacation and more. Hot tub was clean and stayed at a warm temperature. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of games. One added bonus was the fact that, even though it had a ton of natural light, it did have one room that we could make incredibly dark for our newborn to take his naps in! Great for new parents on a first visit to the coast!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described, clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. The view could NOT have been better! The internet probably wouldn’t have supported working, but who wants to work with that view anyway! My husband said it was the best bed of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in and we would not hesitate to stay again.

We had such a great stay! Liz was very friendly and accommodating, if I needed anything I’m sure she would have responded timely. Luckily though, we didn’t need to contact her while we were there. I really appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the amenities and the short walk to the beach was great! Our family really enjoyed the house. Will definitely be back. ☺️

We escaped the city to spend a birthday in the sanctuary space that this beautiful property is! We loved having the windows open to hear the constant powerful ocean, loved all of the big windows to watch storms roll in & out, and the sunset from the table inside or the perch at the edge of the yard! The bathtub was the largest we have ever seen, and even tho it took about an hour to fill, it was easy time to kill knowing how luxuriously deep and enjoyable it was! Such a cool view from the captains couch, loved taking a few naps from there with the view of the ocean all around! This space is well loved&taken care of! Loved being next door to Georgie’s for quick&delicious fill in meals that we didn’t wanna travel out for, picked up breakfast in my pajamas twice! She left such a lovely snack basket, beautiful flowers and bottle of wine and even a cute card of hers and cupcakes! What a treat!! Totally clear communication, directions, helpful notes to navigate the space! Thanks! So much joy
