The house is 1.5 miles from downtown, 10 min to St. Armands, 15 min to Lido Beach, and about 20 min Siesta Key Beach. One dog considered with a fee. We've recently replaced the bed and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to explore on foot. Note: this is our home, so please expect a warm lived in feel in the space, not that of a hotel.
