Vacation rentals with lake access in Sierra de las Nieves

We had a very nice stay at this house. Nice beds, enough space and very complete (we enjoyed the BBQ and the sunbeds and benches outside!). Furthermore, there is good working internet. The location of the house is very quiet and private and adjacent to a path through where you can walk into a large orchard. Anouk is a great Dutch-speaking host who is always there for you. The pool was officially not yet open, but especially for us they prepared it faster so we could use it. Furthermore, the garden is completely fenced (also for small dogs) so that our dog could run around outside. Thanks for everything and we'll probably come back!

Adorable accommodation in an old and very well renovated habitat, facing the mountain on one side and in the heights of the lake on the other side. Small haven of peace nicely decorated, where you can feel good, far from everything, in lush nature ( in April). Congratulations Pia, and thank you for your smile and communicative joie de vivre!

Fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. Furnished to a very high standard with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is new and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed with high quality bedding and well equipped kitchen. Overall a beautiful apartment with great views over the mountainsa and fantastic swimming pool. The host was really lovely and checked us in personally with fantastic communication throughout. Would definitely stay again, one of the best Airbnb's I've rented. Thanks, James.

We had a great time at Maria Jesus' house. The location of the house is magnificent and there are no problems to always park nearby. The house was very clean and has everything you need. Maria Jesus is very attentive and gives you very useful recommendations for your stay. Zahara de la Sierra is spectacular to visit and its neighbors stand out for their kindness. The number of trails and activities nearby is totally worth it to spend a few days with the family and much more if you like the mountains, although depending on which one you choose you have to have good legs for the slopes. We hope to return in the spring and summer to enjoy this place at other times. Highly recommended

We had a very enjoyable stay. It was not so easy to find, but with the information of the hostess, who was always super accessible by phone, it was possible. The house was idyllic and very aesthetically decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean and cozy. Breakfast was included in our booking and was brought to the house in the morning, very tasty, varied and nutritious. Without a fireplace it was a bit cool, we got a fan heater on request. The location itself is very nice, beautiful view of the mountains and the lake, but the road in front of the house can be disturbing (only a little traffic). We were able to see the sunrise. You can really relax, whether on the terrace or by the fireplace. Bed also very cozy and as I said, very helpful friendly hostess. There was even a crib for our baby.

The Villa was perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside in a tranquil spot. The place was easy to check in, with clear instructions, simple key pick up and was spotless on arrival. The host was communicative and responsive throughout and the villa had everything we needed. 100% would visiting again, thank you!

It was an ideal place for a family gathering. It is well equipped and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Team was responsive and accommodating. To top it all the views are incredible.

Nicolas was a very friendly, responsive host...nothing seemed like too much trouble. The description and photographs were totally accurate, it was all and more than I expected. The apartment's kitchen was extremely well equipped as were other areas ie...deck chairs, beach equipment, games etc. l would totally recommend this option. Many thanks Nicolas I loved it.

We had a very nice 1 week stay at Nicolas’ modern apartment in the lovely La Cala resort. The apartment has all the amenities you would want for a pleasant stay, and looks out onto a fantastic view of the resort. You definitely need a car to stay here as the clubhouse and hotel are a good 20 minute walk away, and La Cala town is around 10 mins by car. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nicolas’ place and would be happy to stay there on a future visit.

Nicolás was an excellent host, extremely helpful and very quick to provide any response. Check in was simple and his colleague Emi was very friendly and helpful. There was water, coffee, and even a couple of beers in the fridge, thank you Nicolás! The apartment had everything I needed for a 6 night stay, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, as is the beach and a beautiful park. The apartment has lovely views, and is very peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, and I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to stay in Benalmádena.

Mika was one of the nicest & most helpful hosts we’ve had on Airbnb so far. She was always there for us, gave us amazing instructions. The Airbnb was cozy, nicely furnished exactly as in the photos and very well equipped. We felt right at home for the 2-week stay. There’s also an Aldi nearby, parking spot was always free, even though that isn’t shown. I can highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in the centre of town but quiet as no loud bars about. Many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. 2mins away from train station. Bed was extremely comfortable as was settee. Everything you could possibly need provided. Thanks Nander for such a lovely stay. X

Fernando's house has been a total success, it was in the middle of the village in a beautiful and quiet square, it is the place to disconnect. The house was equipped with everything you need, very cozy and everything was in order. Fernando has been very helpful at all times and has always responded quickly. I would definitely repeat.

We came for a weekend to rest and it was a total success. Everything was spotless and the host couldn't be more attentive. No detail was overlooked. We will definitely be back 😊

David’s place was amazing and a highlight of our trip. The house was beautiful, great views from everywhere, and lots of cool towns nearby to explore. Plenty to explore and see just on the property with the olive trees and david and his family were wonderful to meet. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax. We would highly recommend to anyone and we would happily stay again but much longer next time!

We had a great time in Ardales. Our highlight was the pool and it looks even better than in the photos. There are eight sunbeds, an outdoor shower and the surroundings are covered in artificial grass. The house had everything that is necessary for a group stay and a lot of beautiful areas to sit and relax. Unfortunately, the lake is not there anymore and the surrounding area is really dry due to a lack of rain. However, there are lakes in the area to do water activities to make up for it and swimming in the pool was our favorite activity anyway. The contact to José was helpful and informative. We would definitely come back.

We were several families and several couples spending a New Year's Eve and we were very comfortable. Elena was super nice during the booking process and Pilar gave us a very kind welcome and was always attentive in case we needed anything. The views from the house are phenomenal and the village is very quiet. Recommended!

What an amazing place. It felt like home, everything we needed was there, nothing was missing at all, fully equipped kitchen. The views, the surroundings just breathtaking. We didn’t stay much at the accommodation, but we still really enjoyed our stay. The bathroom has been refurbished, so it’s much better than the photos, it’s all new, although I had no complaints about the one in the pics. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place with everyone else!

What a beautiful place this is. nestled in a small oasis of green overlooked by mountains, where the griffin vultures start to whirl by mid-morning. it's truly peaceful and relaxing and a short drive to the characterful pueblo blanco of grazalema, which has nice bars, cafes and shops (we also saw the Vuelta d'Espana cycle race go through there which was a spectacle). Fernando is a lovely guy, very calm and friendly and helpful. we were there with four children under 16, and had a lot of fun playing small games of football on the pitch by the pool. the house is great and has a welcoming outdoor space where we ate and chatted most nights. can't promise there'll be a newborn kitten when you get there, but everyone loved watching it go from sleeping every day to taking its first wobbly steps. Recommended!
