Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Siem Reap Province

The accommodation was excellent. The staff extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Superb swimming pool where one could swim under the moon, and the gentle glow of the pool lights. Furthermore, and importantly, for a country where temperatures hit 36°, the laundry facilities were quick and efficient. I must admit the quality of the ironing was as good if not better than I do at home!

We had a lovely stay at Tanei, Eang and the staff was always very welcoming and friendly. The hotel facilities and room were amazing. It was a great value for the money.

I highly recommend Cozy Villa for anyone coming to Siem Reap who wants a relaxing stay in a comfortable, clean and friendly environment. The staff were incredible, the location is convenient to downtown and the swimming pool is a perfect place to idle away the days between sight seeing and pub street. Overall the perfect destination.

Our stay was wonderful!This was our third trip to Siem Reap and we stayed for two full weeks at Roya House. The property is wonderful with lots of trees and greenery. The apartment was spacious, had great wifi and AC and having a kitchen was great. We took a cooking class in Siem Reap and then were able to make local dishes at our apartment. Also super handy having a washing machine. The walk to Old Market was not far 10-15 mins and completely safe at all hours of the day. There were several restaurants and many food carts (at night) as well a coffee shops on the way to Old Market area. Sar and her family were very friendly. She was very responsive and helpful with information in local information and anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

My few days in Siem Reap / at Tropical Garden House were truly heaven! Thank you so much Evan for creating magic for us over the two nights we stayed. This place is an oasis in the middle of Siem Reap just a couple of blocks from the Old Market area & Downtown / Pub St. but yet still right off the main drag so that you are in a peaceful quiet serene jungle garden scape. The garden is also a stone Khmer sculpture gallery with beautiful stone carvings all along the pathway to the beautiful gate leading to the pool area. The house itself it actually two villas one contemporary one more of a classic Khmer style. Both beautifully appointed with nice decor furnishings books and thoughtful touches everywhere. Another nice thing about the house is that Evan, the estate manager has a full scale concierge / hospitality service available 24/7 at the house they can cater & set up dinners & events. we had them set a dinner one night with a nice selection of wines. Love this place!!! Thank you!

We spent two unforgettable weeks in this wonderful apartment! Everything was perfect: comfort, coziness, and beauty. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for daily life, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The pool was a particular highlight — a true oasis for relaxation. We especially want to thank the host, who was incredibly attentive, responsive, and thoughtful, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The service was absolutely excellent! We were also impressed by the high level of security, which added an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind. Thank you for this amazing experience! We would happily return here again.

Sok was a perfect host. Je picked us up from the airport and brought us to the original Khmer House in his property, where he also lives. He took care for us and organized a lot for us. Especially the Tuk Tuk driver and Guide for the small Angkor Wat Tour. Thank you so much, Sok. And thank you also for the invitation to your family party and the beer. We had a wounderful time in Siem Reap and Sok‘s Khmer-House.

We had a wonderful 4 night day at this fantastic hotel. From start to finish the facilities and staff were faultless. The hospitality received is second to none. They were attentive and arranged free transport from airport on arrival and then a complimentary tuk-tuk each evening into town (from 5 in evening). They have excellent options for food and drinks which are very reasonably priced. Our breakfasts brought to our veranda each morning were such a treat. When returning to the accommodation in the afternoons it was lovely to receive complimentary fruit and biscuits with ice tea. On our last day we were provided with a cake too. Lovely touch and so much appreciated. The staff work so hard but staff member Nana kept it all running smoothly with a smile and a wave. We were disappointed to leave such a pleasant place. We would highly recommend you select this property whilst in Siem Reap. If you stay we recommend Tavern restaurant a short Tuk Tuk ride away, amazing setting and food.
