We had three great days at the cabin! We lacked nothing. Everything was as described and seen in the photos. Communication and check-in and check-out were also very easy. From the nearby P+R Haaren A28, we were able to quickly and easily take the bus to the city and enjoy the Koningsdag. In the evening you can visit one of the restaurants all around the lake and then enjoy the sunset over the water. Otherwise, the quiet location of the listing invites you to relax in and at the cabin. An absolute recommendation!

We had a lovely stay at Judith's. Judith is very warm and helpful. Responded directly to questions and assisted where possible. At the property there is a lovely garden with evening sun. The space itself is very neat and has great beds. Bathroom and kitchen (without cooking facilities) are functional. Balk and surroundings are beautiful!

The stay is worth the price. However, it is worth having your own basic equipment of kitchen ingredients with you, if you want to cook as wonderfully with the wonderful view from the kitchen to the sea;-). (You will have to buy everything - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, etc.) But the jumbo in the village is a great shop (7 min. in the car) and the essentials would also be available in the campsite shop. 4 minutes by car/10-15 min. by foot) However, the towels for the bathroom are offered and included. You don't need to bring anything. Look forward to unforgettable days at sea!

Totally renovated house @city centre/harbour

What a lovely little place, right in the heart of the old city, super close to harbour and restaurants. We used the train station a lot, which is only a 10 minute walk away. The house is clean, modern and has all amenities. Communication with Jouke was easy and we received quick responses. We would stay here again in a hearbeat!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with our family. The house has all the comforts and has a fantastic hot tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed. From the house there are countless fun activities to do. For example, we spent a day at Schiermonnikoog and visited the WEC and Pieterburen. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to explore the Lauwersmeer extensively, but we'll keep that for next time. The city of Groningen is also easily accessible from the house. In short: absolutely recommended!

A charming spot to enjoy nature and truly disconnect. The owner was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We were two couples, and while the place felt a bit smaller than it appeared in the photos, it was still perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Highly recommended!

The cottage is as shown in the photos and equipped with every comfort! Everything has been thought of. At the table you can sit with a view of the water where many birds can be seen. When we arrived there was snow and ice which was beautiful to see. In the second half of the week it was so hot that we could sit outside. We have enjoyed the place and the silence. A very nice apartment located on the quiet canal, very nice and high-quality furnishings. Everything worked and the apartment was not worn out. Very clean with a lovingly landscaped garden. Short distances to the beach and restaurant and communication went smoothly and smoothly with the friendly owners. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Jill's place. The location was amazing - located right on the water, overlooking the sea. The beach is within 5 minutes walking distance. In the resort, you could rent a boat and dock directly at your own jetty at the house and a few meters further out directly onto the sea. We will be happy to come back. :-)
